Looking for quick and somewhat healthy eats? This is the place to go when in a hurry but want to keep it healthy. It's like Chipotle meets the Mediterranean. The lunch platter was surpringly big and fulfilling for the price. Even the pitas and laffas were overstuffed like they do at Chipotle. Yeah it doesn't taste as authentic and would be considered "fast food" but I think the concept of it is awesome. I wish they had one where I lived! I would definitely visit this place next time I'm in Denver for work.
Review Source:Garbanzo is quickly becoming my healthy lunch stop. When I want something with a ton of flavor that is more filling than a salad I head here. Â
This location is super busy. It is off Arapahoe Rd in a very busy shopping center (off Yosemite). Â I personally like the one just a few miles down the way in the Park Meadows area because it is quieter (oddly enough), but this one has more parking and the location is a bit easier to get in and out. Â
I personally love the plates with the pita on the side. Â They will load you up with a protein, veggies, rice and lots of spicy sauces. Â It is a very satisfying meal and it is pretty cheap for all the food you get (roughly $7). Â
It is now in my regular rotation for my healthy lunch option! Â
Also, it should be noted that hey have lots of items for the gluten free or dairy free or vegan lunch crowd too!
I was recently visiting Denver, and a friend knew that I eat mostly vegetarian, so he recommended this place. Â I got falafel over rice, with other tasty items. Â I love that you get to pick and choose what you want! Â It was inexpensive and delicious! Â I really wish there was a Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill in Oregon, close to where I live!
Review Source:I like Garbanzo a lot. Â It is nice to be able to mix it up with something healthy every once in a while. Â It is typical assembly line food, but the ingredients are fresh and the line moves fast. Â As I like to stick with what works and seldom change things up, "don't change horses mid-race" and what not; I always get the same thing - Soup and a Half with Lemon Orzo soup. Â I always get the falafel filling, but the steak is good as well. Â If you ask for the sauce on the side they give you more and you can keep putting it on wheras if they do it for you, the bottom of the pita doesn't have any sauce on it.
Review Source:This store is much like the rest of these places in town. Â I've reviewed two other locations and this location is basically the same. Â High marks for consistency across multiple locations. Â The interior is more narrow as a whole but there is seating available outside. Â Good service, good food, good job Garbanzo!
Review Source:Mmmmm mmmmmm mmmmmm Garbanzo!
In a perfect world I would eat here every day but we don't live in a perfect world and Tiffany has a budget so this is a once in awhile splurge for me. Lucky for me, I can walk to this location since it's so close to my office however I can see how this location would suck for those who are driving. There is never any parking in this strip mall and it gets way frustrating when you're strapped for time since there are a number of other businesses surrounding it.
But you know?
The food is totally worth the pain of fighting some traffic. Basically what Garbanzo is a Mediterranean Chipotle. This is the perfect place for those who crave the ethnic food but don't crave the high price tag it can sometimes come with or those who are looking into venture into the world of Mediterranean food and get their feet wet.
I always get the plate packed with everything-pickled eggplant, cabbage, hummus, baba ghanoush, lettuce, rice, tsaziki and more! I usually splurge and go for the steak but sometimes will get the plate topped with sauteed mushrooms which are absolutely tasty and a perfect substitution when you're wanting something substantial but don't want to eat meat. Â I leave happy and my belly leaves happy all for under eight bones.
The best part is they have a Garbanzo Rewards card so you can earn points towards a free meal with each purchase of $6 or more!
Its always fun to bring someone new here and let them experience the fresh food explosion at Garbanzo...I have been bringing new co-workers here for a few months and without fail, they all have enjoyed the food and even want to return!
Now that the sun is shining longer and its a little warmer outside they have arranged outdoor seating to escape the hubbub during high-traffic times...its the thing to do!
I will say that the only detractor is the somewhat cramped seating combined with the constant crowd during lunch time...it can get too noisey to eat inside and carry on a conversation near the front of the store. Even with that I still love it.
The hummus is so creamy, the vegetable salad is amazing that all those vegetables get chopped into little cubes and the sauces are amazing!
I never order them but the chips rock too...god I just want to eat an entire basket full whenever anyone else orders them to "share".
I work less than a mile from this strip mall of deliciousness so I frequent TCBY and Garbanzo more than a regular person.
This Garbanzo is friendly and always has the regular tea brewed, sorry spearmint is disgusting I don't care what the gum gods say, it does not belong in tea. Needless to say there selection of sauces is delish tzatki and the ambre (pickled mango) are out of sight. I normally get the bowl with hummus, lettuce, babagoenoush (smoky), rice, chicken, and a falafel.
It's not the best Greek food but then again when has a chain had the best of anything? Let's be real people, don't hold chains up to the same standards that you might a local establishment for authenticity.
It's a guaranteed delicious and healthy lunch so I will continue to go here.
I'm a biiiig fan of Garbanzo - the quality and quantity of the food is always exactly right. My favorite part about dining at Garbanzo is the fresh falafel they give out while you decide what to order. YUM.
The only thing that detracts from this particular Garbanzo for me is the fact that it's in a strip mall area and it's usually a bit tricky to find parking during the lunch hour. I know it's because everyone else wants the falafely goodness too so I do my best to be patient.
Besides parking, this location is on par with the others! Deliciously so.
Falafel heaven. That could be the review right there, but you guys want more info, huh?...okay.
When you first walk in to a Garbanzo's there's usually a line, but it goes very fast. Also, there's usually a guy handing out free falafel samples. It's like a treat just for walking through the door. yay!
You order in the same style as restaurants like Chipotle or Qdoba, but it's Mediterranean food on the menu. There are choices like pitas, laffas (basically a really big tortilla) or salads. I like to get a falafel laffa because it's fun to say. Really, try it. Falafel laffa.
If you've never been you should check out their menu online. They're vegetarian, vegan and gluten free friendly for those who need some yummy food, but are scared to eat out because of their food intolerances and restrictions, but if you have none of those then you'd never know the difference. They're that good. :)
I would seriously go everyday if there was one close to my home.
One of my coworkers goes here all the time and I finally hitched a ride to see what the buzz was about. I was not very familiar with the menu so relied on his suggestions which were spot on. When you first walk in you are immediately greeted by the staff and offered a full size falafel ball - I can think of worse ways to be greeted....
It is definitely a well oiled machine and they are super fast at putting your bowls together. I went with the salad which you can build to your liking. An offer of a white or wheat pita is followed by shredded lettuce in a lovely shade of green, cabbage, veggie mix, onions along with several other offerings. I have tried both the chicken and the beef and they are both well seasoned. Top with feta cheese and tzatziki sauce (which I always mumble as I can't quite pronounce it correctly) - and you have a pretty delish bowl. There are additional, spicier sauces you can add and are free to mix them as well. (At under $7 bucks).
Bonus: You are also offered a fresh potato chip halfway down the line - typically they are still warm!
Drawback: Go early - as with any fast food joint in the Tech Center there will be a line out the door by noon but they are probably the fastest one I have been to so the wait is not terrible.
The bread is just awesome! The bread is just awesome!
I am just back from a lunch at this place, and the bread is fresh on my mind.I have had faux-Mediterranean from a workplace cafe before and i was not having much expectations, But one bite into that pita bread and i am in heaven. Then i added the hummus.. Oh my oh my. Then the babaganoush. I am a fan of this place now. I can have a meal with just the pita breads, hummus and babaganoush.
The veggies felt fresh, the chicken just enough, not guilt-inducing. The meal feels healthy. Â I will surely be returning.
The food is surprisingly good, if you're looking for generic Mediterranean. Â My husband was disappointed because he wanted Greek food specifically, but the food itself was delicious and I loved every bite. Â
Special mention: I love how I got to try anything I was interested in but had absolutely no clue how it would taste. Â I apologize for using so many plastic spoons, but I will do my best to come back now that I know how good everything is!
I seriously eat here at LEAST once a week. At this location, they aren't stingy... if you want lots of hummas... you will get it. And I always order double meat and they give me 2 giant spoonfuls. I recently got pissed off at qudoba cause I ordered double meat and he gave me a forth of a scoop more of meat and charged me 3 bux for it. I was pissed. But Garbanzos will slather the meat on and only charges under 2 bux, so it's worth it.
Plus, its super healthy and diet conscience.
I recently found out that I have an allergy to eggs and gluten, so I can no longer enjoy their pitas or delicious garlic sauce(it has eggs)... but they don't mind accomedating me need for lots of feta on my salad since I can't have dressing.
All I can say is Garbanzos is great and WAY more afforadable then other places. Dishes are typically 6-7 bux... and with some extra meat it's closer to 9 bux which is not bad, for such god portion sizes and yummy food!
My husband and I have frequented this location of Garbanzo numerous times. Â Our addiction was most strong when I was pregnant and we were weekly visitors. Â The food is very affordable, fresh and healthy. Â The place is always clean and the staff is very nice and friendly. Â They offer sample of the falafel to customers when you are in line. Â They do not add preservative-junk to their food. Â The hummus is fresh and great and the pitas are freshly made all day, as are the falafels. Â I love that they offer wheat pitas too, which I have been sad to find is not the case of all mediterranean restaurants like this. Â Unfortunately, I can also add that their desserts are quite yummy.
For a very fast, healthy and fresh option, this is an absolute favorite of ours. Â It is pretty nice too that they also have a card you can get to earn freebies for purchases. Â Always a plus in my mind.
Enjoy!!
They hand you free falafel to snack on while you stand in line...how great is that!!! (and it's the best falafel I've ever had...so much flavor!)
Recommendation:
Steak Falarma (steak shawarma + falafel) is a winner every time! Â Put rice, lettuce, and hummus on the plate. Â Ask for chili sauce on the rice and garlic sauce on the meat. Â YUM!
I ventured over to Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill for lunch a few weeks ago for a fast and somewhat healthy lunch. The service was super friendly and the food was pretty tasty.
Prior to my trip I boycotted this place because they didn't sell gyros. My boyfriend and I actually walked in saw that they didn't have gyros and turned around and walked out.
I finally got the craving for some shwarma so I tried it out despite no gyros on the menu. The shwarma is certainly not the best I have had but the pitas are yummy. It is a lot of food and everything was fresh and delicious. I liked it so much I will be going back for lunch today.
If you like fast Mediterranean style foods this is a great option.
Love this place! You get a free sample of a Falafel while you are in line? What could be better?!
The ingredients are so fresh and they use whole grains. I always get the Falafel bowl. I think you get more food than the pita and then you get a pita on the side - so you can make your own essentialy.
This place is great for a quick healthy lunch or dinner and they are popping up all over!
The one in the DTC gets a bit packed from time to time, but that line moves pretty quickly. Everyone is so nice and its always clean. Can't go wrong with this choice.
Now i think i 'll head to Garbanzo!
Another strip mall "fast casual" joint that's effective, but not memorable. It's a rather popular stop for the Tech Center denizens and, as you would expect, there isn't any atmosphere. It could just as easily be a Chipotle or deli in the same location.
In fact, when you enter the place feels rather cramped. The order line is RIGHT THERE and you have about two feet to maneuver before entering it. Out front, they have about two or three tables for the obligatory "outdoor seating"...where you can sit along the sidewalk of a strip mall and watch all the action of the parking lot.
But you don't come to a place like this for atmosphere. You come for some grub. In that regard, it works well. Like all these "fresh, fast casual" joints, if you pick the right ingredients you'll have a good meal. Pick something weird...and your meal will probably suck. This can be a little troublesome if you're a newbie and aren't familiar with what to include in your order. The staff isn't too helpful, either, so you may have to select by visual appeal of each ingredient (for this reason, I skipped the red cabbage, since it looked like it had been there since 8am...on Sunday).
Helpful Hint: get some napkins, because it WILL get messy. I ordered a chicken schwarma pita and thought that the meat itself was simply lukewarm. It's also tough to get a full flavorful blend of your ingredients, since everything's piled on top of each other. You'll have a meat layer, a veggie layer, a rice layer, etc. By the time I got to the bottom of my pita, it was a soggy, drippy mess.
Still, I'm all right with this place as a lunch-spot and will be dropping by again. It adds a little variety to the usual taco/burger/deli sandwich routine.
A Mediterranean version of Chipotle. Â
If Chipotle is your quick and simple way to satisfy your Mexican craving, and if you enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, then consider Garbanzo's your Mediterranean Chipotle. Â A "quickie" of sorts.
Tasty, but it leaves you wanting better Mediterranean food.
The definition of 2 stars is "Meh. I've experienced better." Here's why:
I went to Garbanzo when it first opened, quite a while ago. Thought it was GREAT! The food was AMAZING. My prayers for a healthy, affordable, quick meal had been answered.
And then they grew.
I stopped going because at lunch it seemed every time I got in there the one line they had was held up by someone ordering for their ENTIRE office. Now granted, they cannot help people who don't know how to fax ahead a large order, but they didn't seem to mind it turning away customers who only had a short time to eat rather than take the order to the side and prepare it while everyone else moved in line. I would see people walk out rather than wait. And sometimes, I was one.
After months of not going, I decided to go back for dinner. After all dinner was always much slower than the lunch rush and I was in no hurry. My wife and I were the only ones there. The two people working were too busy doing their side work to bother to notice us for about 3 minutes. And then it got worse. They no longer carry the hummus bowl (my wife's dish of preference) but they were happy to make it on the plate. I ordered my usual Chicken Swarma. The wheat pita's looked, felt, and tasted like cardboard. They had just been baked! The heatlamp rice was far too hard to enjoy. And the lukewarm chicken added insult to injury. Needless to say, we choked down  of our food, threw it away, and left.
I have experienced better. Especially there! But if this is how they serve their food now that there is a Garbanzo every 8 blocks. No thanks!
I can't believe this mediocre chain restaurant has a 4 star rating. I'm quickly loosing my faith in Yelp.
The food here (or any of it's locations) is predictable (in a good way). Beyond that there's nothing to write home about. It's adequate if you want an inexpensive lunch on the run and not too bad if you're looking for healthier options. The hummus and falafel are both acceptable. The meat is relatively bland, as is the rice and toppings. If you truly enjoy ethnic cuisine this offers very little.
While traveling on business I checked out Yelp for a nearby place to grab a relatively healthy dinner. Â I stopped by Garbanzo and the place was empty, which I expected since it seems to be much more of a lunch spot. Â The guy behind the counter wasn't too excited to be working but I guess I wasn't really expecting great service based on some of the other reviews. Â
I ordered a chicken plate and added just about everything, which included: lettuce, tomato/cucumber salad, hummus, pickled cabbage(?), couscous, cilantro sauce, and a piece of pita bread. Â Everything was tasty but would've been better if the place was busier and the food hadn't been sitting out as long. Â I chose the wheat pita bread which was dry but tasted aight. Â
It wasn't all average though. Â The black iced tea was very good. Â
If I was around during lunch i'd try it again, but for dinner I'll go elsewhere. Â I wanted to really like this place because i love Greek/Mediterranean but it just wasn't all that. Â Cue sad trombone music.
Went to Garbanzo on a busy day during their lunch hour rush. Totally different atmosphere than my first visit.
This place was packed. Line out the door. People wanted their hummus and falafel.
The guy who we first encounter was seriously just let out of the pen or just came off the street the night before. He barked at people and pushed them to make up their minds on the spot. He wasn't what I would call 'customer oriented'. As long as u knew what you wanted, he could be somewhat tolerable.
The next guy on the line seems nice enough @ first, but then he tries to sell you those potato chips. I'm sure they taste great, like potato chips should, but you're already giving me a huge piece of pita -- i can only consume so much!
After I turned down his chip request, he seemed truly hurt and pissed. He must make some extra dough when he sells those chips.
The next person in line was normal. She didn't try to upsell me in any way.
The food is awesome for the price. Fantastic really, but I don't think I can stand be upsold @ a freakin' falafel joint. They really need to think about the way they're coming across the customers. It's really pushy and annoying.
This is an excellent lunch spot if you work in the area or happen to work nearby. I don't have a whole lot of experience with Mediterranean food, but the food at this place tastes good to me.
My usual order is a hummus bowl (a plastic bowl lined with hummus) with falafels and the steak shawarma. The bowl comes coated at the bottom with a little bit of olive oil and paprika, then you can build up with what you want from there. I usually like to get the tomato and cucumber salad mixture -- it's always been fresh in my experience. The falafels are alright (nothing compared to some of the better ones I've had in New York), but everything else is really tasty. All the sauces are good and the steak is especially impressive for a faster establishment like this one. The steak is always well seasoned and cooked medium rare so it's good and juicy. The pita you get on the side is also quite tasty -- they crank them out fresh continuously.
This is definitely a place you can hit up at least once a week for lunch!
Why am I always last to know about anything? Â My office manager (who is a strict Vegan) bought us lunch from here. Â Who knew something so delicious was only a 10 min car ride away from work?
My falafel was so yummy, I returned yesterday and it was still as delicious as I remembered.
The cilantro sauce was muy delicioso!
PS the Teas were wack...they had spearmint in them and tasted like make up. Â Not that I eat make up but...you get what I'm saying...people say things taste like sh*t, right?
Where Mediterranean cuisine meets fast casual chain dining.
At first glance, everything about Garbanzo is calculated: the pithy/funny/glib copy is overdone. The line it standard fast casual. Queue up, get greeted ("Hi!"), and get your free falafel ball. However, the subliminal messages seem to be working. I've been there four or five times without really realizing I was going there.
You certainly need to find your balance of add-ins. Perhaps the best approach is to order a platter vs. the pita sandwich. This way you sample a number of sides & determine what works best together. Also, the pita bread is fresh baked at the point of service.
I enjoy the falarma, their combination of falafel & either chicken or beef. I like the chicken with a few different sides, tahini sauce & the hot chili sauce on the side.
If you are looking for authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, Damascus is just down the road. For a decent, quick & ready version, Garbanzo works well at a reasonable price.
[Updated 30min later.] Reviewing Garbanzo made me hungry, so I dug into the Hummus bowl I brought home. Nothing left...
I think I'm about the only person I know who doesn't care for Garbanzo's. Â I get roped into going here because it's close to work and my coworkers all love this place. Â Meh. Â It does the job, but it doesn't taste all that great to me. Â I've only ever gotten the falalfel bowl and it's just OK. Â I'm a little baffled that they charge extra for the pickled eggplant and vegetables in the bowl. Â The hummus is bland and the fallafels aren't that great. Â (I'm a vegetarian, so I've never tried anything except the fallafel.) Â The pitas aren't crispy on the outside - as I'm used to - and are just rather dry and unflavorful.
I love Greek food, and this place just does not measure up.
Ever since I moved to Colorado, I have missed having a Daphne's nearby because I am a big fan of hummus, pita and falafel (not necessarily in that order). Â Lacey and I decided that we were going to meet for lunch since we both worked in the area and we both really wanted to check out this place because we had both heard some really great things about Garbanzo's.
They definitely lived up to the expectations. Â The food was waaayyyy cheap and it was delish. Â The line your entire bowl with hummus, give you freshly made pita bread and the falafels are wonderful. Â The best part is that the menu is simple. Â There is absolutely no need to over think your order so it makes for efficient eating.
me = fan of this place.
In the vein of Illegal Pete's burritos, I can dictate what I want and see it made in front of me. Â The difference being that at the end, I don't have a burrito, but a stuff whole wheat pita full of hummus, falafel, chicken, lettuce, delicious sauces and a variety of other vegetables. Â All of a reasonable price of about 7 bucks with a drink. Â Get off me. Â
I will be going back. Â soon.
This is a great little lunch spot, and I have Yelp to thank for finding it! Â It's pretty close to my work, so that's a plus. Â Also, the food is good, fast, and cheap...3 more must-haves for lunch. Â As previous reviewers mentioned, they do indeed give you a free tasting of Falafel when you walk in the door. Â (In my case I got 2 free tastes...1 while waiting for Yvonne, and another 1 when we walked in!)
I had the hummus bowl with Falarma (Falafel and Beef Shwarma mix), which came with pita on the side. Â Great portion for only around $5.00!! Â I liked being able to decide what all I wanted in my bowl....I went with rice and a couple different sauces. Â I was a little disappointed that the "hot" sauce was not even remotely spicy. Â But all in all, everything was delicious. Â I will definitely be back next time I have $5 in my pocket and a hankering for Falafel!
Every time I head to the Tech Center to lunch with Sir Nicholas I try to talk him into trying a new place. Seeing how I know he has a love for falafel I suggested Garbanzo recently, knowing that he couldn't refuse me and try to talk me into Illegal Pete's yet again. At the end of the lunch we were both happy with our choice of location.
To start off when you walk in they immediately give you a falafel sample so you can taste the wares. I love it. Then you have an ordering process of deciding whether you want a hummus bowl or pita with different stuff inside. I chose the hummus. Then you decide what else you want in there - beef or chicken shwarma, falafel etc. Then you can choose to add in other things like rice and various sauces. With the hummus bowl they give you a pita (either whole wheat or regular) on the side.
This location is a bit on the small side for a lunch crunch. It's fairly narrow with most table seating 2 or 4 so I wouldn't go with an extremely large group unless you don't want to sit with one another. But, they get people in and out really quickly so there isn't a wait for seating too often.
Plus, I thought it was pretty affordable. For our two lunches and two drinks our bill was only $14.
I get the salad bar syndrome at this place. Too many options and the pita just isn't big enough. After several visits, I have finally found a happy mix, I think, but the first few visits were pretty big fails on my part. I really like their felafel's and their hummus is pretty good too, so that typically what I'll get, but sometimes I just can't resist a pita.
My one gripe: They have pitas. They have the ability to cook meat. Why are these folks not selling gyros??? I would easily give them half my paycheck every month if they made gyros since it's super close to work.
Also, fair warning, if garlic gives you a sour stomach like it does to me, steer clear. Every time I eat here, my stomach yells at me for a full day from the amount of garlic used in their food.
I love being on the cutting edge of the next big thing. Â I feel like I'm a part of the original following of the new Garbanzo crowd. Â It's like I get to be part of history. Â I can feel it. Â Like Lori said, "Ingenious, really!"
I always get the hummus bowl with a sprinkle of paprika. Â No need for the olive oil. Â I get the Chicken Shwarma and Falafel mix called Falarma. Â I also LOVE their vegetable salad of cucumbers and tomatoes. Â I get it even though there is an upcharge for it. Â I also get a little rice in my bowl. Â I top it all off with their cilantro sauce and Mediterranean Garlic sauce.
The service is always fast even if the line is out the door. Â They always offer a free falafel once you're in the door. Â I love that!! Â
I recently decided that my mission in life is to introduce people to foods they may think they don't like. Â I'm so tired of people being so stuck in their box that they won't venture anywhere new or different. Â They think, "Middle Eastern food? Â No way, they probably eat weird stuff." Â Garbanzo's will be a fantastic jumping off point for the beginning of my personal mission. Â I just know this concept will blow up and then my boxed-in friends will thank me for inspiring their sad, bland palates. Â
Way to go Garbanzo's!
They are a walking distance from work. Â I remember I went there on the day they opened--they offered free lunches. Â I got one (or two) items on the menu and thought they were very tasty. Â The place was a zoo though, so I had it in my head they'd be too hectic and confusing. Â
It does take some getting used to, like Chipotle--at least for me. Â I went back there yesterday. Â They were running smoothly, weren't phased by my stupid questions and didn't force the ingredients down my throat--unlike other Mid-East restaurants. Â The pita bread was fabulous, choice wheat or white. Â The hummus was one of the best I've ever tasted. Â Now I want these folks to franchise to that I can have one up North!
Itching for a falafel? And, not an awful falafel? How about some awfully good falafels and humus and pitas. Garbanzo has you covered.
The price is right. You can get a big plate of veggies, humus, lettuce, chicken or beef shwarma, sauces, and a drink for less than $10. It is not only filling, but tasty, and soul satisfying.
I love Chipotle, but I've grown weary of ordering roughly the same ingredients mixed and remixed into the roughly the same meal. And I love Mediterranean food like falafel and shwarma, but I'm over Falafel King. And I'm always looking for the next cheap, accessible fast-ish food solution.
So I was pleased and surprised to meet some friends at Garbanzo in south Denver, and to find a tasty middle eastern equivalent to the Chipotle model-- healthy, fast, delicious, affordable.
You order at the counter, watching as the server assembles your meal, starting off with your choice of pita, laffa, or bowl (it's like choosing between a taco, a burrito, or a salad). I tried the chicken shwarma, but my friends liked the beef, and the falafel, and one of them even tucked into "falarma," which was a combo of the two. From there, you pick what else you want packed into your selection-- hummus, couscous, vegies, and then sauces (tahini, some relishes, hot sauces). Take your food to go, or eat it and one of the tables in a pretty tiny storefront.
And, just like when you go to the various burrito dens around town, you'll probably pack more food than you can put away into your wrap or pita, and find yourself not able to eat any more, but not wanting to stop nibbling at your meal.
I'm not a lover of chain restaurants (except for Ted's, which is a guilty pleasure), and I don't spend a lot of time in the suburbs. I enjoy the ethnic offerings we have in Denver, and would be happy to see more of them around town. But, that said, Garbanzo is a great concept, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the owners scale this idea into a national chain.
