Decent atmosphere for a Tuesday evening. Average selection of beers on tap. Lots of flavor in the quesadilla appetizers.

Came here late Tuesday night and to my surprise the place was happening. More than I was expecting. Service was good overall.  We came for the drinks so I can't speak for the food.  The atmosphere/place looks great. I like the deck but hate the smoking. I still don't understand why you have to be 15 feet from the front door but you can smoke on top of the restaurant. Doesn't make much sense.  There was trivia which people appeared to be having fun playing but the people that weren't playing  would have liked to have music as back ground.  Made us want to leave but because it was late we stuck around and made our own noise.

We don't live in Denver, but the Tavern is our favorite brunch spot.  Bottomless mimosas, best bloody mary bar I have ever seen  Hamburgers at 10:30 in the morning?  What can go wrong with that?

Food was superb.  We arrived in a group of 11 right at 10:30, so I think by 11:30 our server was a little tired of us, or she got a little busy with other tables.  But, all in all, it was a great experience.

By the way, we have done burunch at 2-3 different Tavern locations, and I think this one had the BEST bloody mary bar of all of them.
