Good (sometimes great) tap list, interesting weekly events (bottle shares, home brew nights) earn Geraghty's 2 stars. Â The service, however, is abysmal. Twice my takeout orders have taken more than 45 minutes. Â Bartenders are hit and miss. Â Sometimes they are quick, but all too often they walk right by you, ignoring your empty glass, looks, or gestures. Frustrating.
Review Source:Simple grey stone exterior might make you think it is an old, dark, dingy pub. Â
The interior however is is bright and cheerful.  A half dozen large flat screen TVs surround the V-shaped bar, perfect for watching the game.  Dining room in the back  for those that prefer to sit down and eat, as well as a patio for dining outside, weather permitting.
The large variety of beers on tap (15+) include a handful of the more popular beers you find everywhere (Miller Lite, Yeungling, Guinness etc).  The rest will be an ever rotating collection of craft beers from a wide selection of craft brewers including locally brewed Flying Fish (NJ) and  Dogfish Head (DE), as well as Weyerbacher, Boulder, Victory, Lagunita, Southern Tier and many more.  Check the chalk board for details!  Large selection of bottled craft brews available as well.  If you are not sure if you'd like something on tap, don't be afraid to ask for a taste.
Food is pretty good. Â Very good wings, big and meaty. Â
Service is good, and the staff is very friendly. Â They need to update the website more consistently, Â but overall, one of my favorite pubs!
Went to check this place out after noticing it on Yelp. Took a look at their website priory to visiting, which stated $10 strip steak and Flying Fish specials daily. Stopped in with a friend and my wife on a Friday night. The service was BAD, and none of the specials listed on their site were still valid. It's just no fun handing over money to someone that makes it seem like you're bothering them. Food wasn't bad at all. But the vibe and service was bad enough to win their low rating.
Review Source:I like this spot... I don't LOVE it but I definitely like it enough to go back again and again. Trivia is fun. I hear the food is good. The drinks are standard but the atmosphere is great. Friendly and welcoming, great service at the bar and a GREAT selection in the Jukebox. I stop in here with a friend after work sometimes. He rents a place around the corner from the best landlord anywhere (ME!) so it's pretty convenient. Just a hop, skip and a stumble back to his place.
I highly recommend this place to Burlington-ions and anyone who can catch the Riverline. This spot is right across the way!
This place is the best for Friday happy hours! They have live music and half price drinks. Did I say live music? Kenny Pisa rocks out on this acoustic guitar! The food is great , You have to try the Kai roll! The first tuesday of every month is Japanese food night , all fresh home made! TASTY TASTY
Review Source:Great bar and beer selection, but the food is hit or miss and the service is just plain bad. Â Out of the four meals I've eaten here, three have had something wrong with them, and the servers are all so inexperienced that they don't know how to handle complaints. Â We'd been cutting the place some slack because it's new and we figured they need to work out some startup problems, but it's been too long now, and there's really never any excuse for poor service.
Last night I was served an entirely wrong sandwich. Â What was on my plate clearly did not match what I ordered. Â I was actually told to "take it up with the cook." Â What? Â Isn't it the server's job to make sure the diner is satisfied? Â Did this idiot really expect me to walk into the pub's kitchen with my dinner plate in my hand? Â I was absolutely dumbfounded at the attitiude.
"TAKE IT UP WITH THE COOK"...how about I "TAKE MY MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE?"
Good place to drink beer and watch games on the many TV screens, but eat before you go, and don't expect great service.
