The Borough Pub

I'm always surprised by how good the food is! During Philly's resturant week the chef even had some fabulous menu choices. My husband loves the craft beer selection. Even I've found some beers to enjoy. We had a great time playing Quizzo last night. They offer $1.75 draft beers and $4 pizza on Thursday nights starting at 8:30 for the Quizzo competition. I'm really starting to love The Borough Pub.

The place looked small from the outside, but that was deceiving it was huge inside and it had great décor. Awesome beer selection and the mixed drinks were made excellent. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I look forward to coming back and trying the food.

I'm always excited to see new places open up in the Borough, so we knew we'd have to give it a try!

The place is clean, our waitress was really nice, and they have a pretty good selection of food that everyone seemed to enjoy. They even have dessert -- our group tried the Funnel Cake Fries and LOVED them!

As a fan of darker beer, I enjoyed their offering Brooklyn Brown Ale, but was a little disappointed to see no Porters, or Stouts on the draft or bottle list!

A great place to grab a beer & a lager after work close to home!
