The worst service in the area. 10 minutes before anyone acknowledge we had sat ourselves. Â This was 7:30pm on a Friday with the place emptying out. There were at least 5 waitress', yet the original waitress that took our drink order was replaced with another. The menu was simple, easy to make bar food & shortish. Yet when I ask for a variety of drink they had, I was informed no varieties other than plain. We ordered onion rings for appetizers & 10 minutes later the replaced server came to the table to put down silverware & taunt us by saying the onion rings would soon be ready. So instead of taking our entree orders [menus were down, i was even go thru a grocery flyer] she walked away from the table. I was over it....20 minutes for this. I could be half way finished thru a buffet...sushi even. We declined any more offerings & ask for the check, then split. You're better off going to Applebees, Bennigans or another burger joint. Heck, Village Inn is next door.
Review Source:This is a great American bar and grill! Â The atmosphere is the best around and my wife and I appreciate the free popcorn and peanuts while your there. Â We also love their monthly special calendar on every table. Â The food has never been bad but it is also not gourmet by any means; Â it's classic american diner/bar food. Â We have had a good time every time we visit.
Review Source:This place is close to work and I've been a handful of times and each time I leave there I realize that the fries are the best part of the meal. Â That's sad. Â I've had a burger, turkey Reuben and a wrap. Â But in each instance the fries were the best part. Â The 2nd time I was there I was with a large work group and I found a hair in my food....on the first bite. Â It was a freakin' long hair, one that I tried to subtly get out of my mouth and I felt like Lady and the Tramp w/ the spaghetti! Â The turkey Ruben is a specialty I have heard. Â Well, the turkey is cheap quality, like Oscar Meyer cheap. Â
Yeah - upon reflection, the fries are delicious. Â Oh and the bartender Erin is great.
The servers - not so much. Â The server who left the hair in my food ( had to be her, the kitchen help are men) was terrible - and that was before I found the hair.
Not really sure why I went back after the hair incident. Â Probably b/c work folks go quite often.
i loved the fried pickles, you can never go wrong with that! the bacon burger was sooo good, the bun wasnt soggy and floppy, the bacon was real and crispy and lots of it. the french fries were the best so far ive ever had. side was a bit small but overall was filling for under 20$ for two people.
Review Source:Pretty good pub, menu, & service at a decent price. Nice casual patio with seating for about 40, with plastic seating & dining, and a few large potted plants. Inside is A/C'd well.
I haven't been here on a Saturday night but I imagine it can get hoppin.
My only complaint was that the buns on the burgers are quite weak, so ya gotta get your fingers a little messy. No biggie to me, tho.
