  If there is a better thin crust pizza out there, i haven't found it.  been coming here for years, it really is a diamond in the rough.  the garlic sauce is interesting, my wife loves it... i am a huge fan of the sweet sauce.  so we usually split our pizza with one side garlic the other sweet.  it works out well.  this is a mom and pop place, so expect that kind of treatment when you step in and pick up your pizza.  Can't wait for my next visit

  This happened last summer. Ordered a pizza over the phone and gave them my name and phone number and was told it would be 30 min. Waited well over an hour and called back to see if the driver was near. And even if he wasn't not a big deal mistakes happen.  Talked to the manager and he said since I never gave my address he didn't make it. I told him that I gave him my phone number and I figured he had my address on file since we order from them on a consistent basis, and he could have easily called me back. These are the managers exact words "ya well we are closing and we don't need your business tonight"

  Gave the Great American Pizza another try. Glad we did. It was good, the staff was very nice, the place was clean and the pizza hot and fresh, with a lot more flavor than the last time.

  This place is a one hit wonder. What I mean is this place does pizza only and does it good. It is a pizza factory! I walked in to pick up my pie and everyone was making pizzas, Tossing the dough in the air and everything! Awesome! There is no beef sandwiches, no pasta, no chicken, nothing else except pizza and man is it good! I love the garlic sauce (ask for extra sauce!) and highly recommend you give it a try. Good stuff! Pizza is their specialty.
  
  Fortunately Homer Glen is blessed with great pizza joints & pizza take-out and this place is in my top three.

  Had the pizza for the first time tonight and enjoyed it very much.  I had the garlic sauce which I couldn't really taste except on some bites but it was probably because I poured pepper flakes all over it.  I did think they could do a little better on the amount of sauce they put on the pie.  
  
  I really liked it and thought the price was good as well.  Seems to be run by a family which I'm a huge fan of and I now have two primary pizza joints in the area.

  Hands down my favorite pizza place in the area. I've been coming here as a kid and they've been making classic thin crust the same way since I was a kid. MUST GET THE GARLIC SAUCE!
  
  Often the best things are the simplest things done right, and this is it. No exotic toppings or specialty crusts....just classes paper thin crust with a perfect balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings. This is my ultimate comfort food.
