Guacho's

While visiting the area I joined 2 co-workers for dinner and they took me to Guacho's. This looks like a place that at one time must have been a great place. But today it seems a bit worn and in need of some paint and detail cleaning. Our server Alaina was great she was very helpful.
As for the food bar I am very confused, I travel extensively and have been to many Brazilian style restaurants and I have never been to one that did not offer hot sides (rice, pastas or vegetables). The salad bar was very limited and what I consider very mediocre.
As for the Martini bar I would say check it out, very attractive staff that makes you want to stay and enjoy just one more. The staff was very friendly and they all seemed very knowledgable of the menu and products.
One last note is get RID of the wheel at the front it is a joke and not needed. We were enjoying our dinner when all of a sudden we hear the sound that one would heat at a carnival. Don't devalue your operation by using a gimmick that is made for a chuck e cheese not a restaurant of your caliber.

This restaurant was nice. It is great for a date with it's lighting and elegant atmosphere. Not a big restaurant or the most flashy from the outside but it was a good meal.
