My wife needs to eat gluten free, and this place really gets it. The home made chips are excellent, sandwiches good, and the gluten free pizza outstanding. Is this my favorite restaurant? Not by a long shot. But the gluten free menu is extensive, and my wife has never had a problem after eating here. That, as they say, is priceless.
Review Source:I stopped at Chef Nicks for the first and last time. Â I ended up ordering a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. It took nearly 20 minutes to get my food when I was the only one there in the whole dinning room. They have a really nice dinning room i must say.
The sandwich was that bland processed Italian beef  you get at GFS or Wal Mart.
I got fries, soda and this sorry assed  sandwich, this cost my almost $12.00!  I compare it to a  philly you would get at a fast food gyros shop and it costing twice as much and taking 4 times as long to get it. When I paid I even asked if Chef Nick  was the one who cooked this, and they said yes. I told them the sandwich really sucked and that Chef Nick has no idea on how to make a simple cheese steak.
The funniest thing is Chef Nick has his own cook book for sale  in the restaurant for purchase. Maybe he could use those proceeds  and have some cooking lessons.
