Heidi's Island Bistro

The 2nd time we have been here. The last time was for breakfast and we had a little issue with the service. Not so this time. We only had appetizers. I had the tomato and mozzarella salad and my wife had the potato pancakes, both excellent. We will be back again before we leave town.

Simply the best German food on Fort Myers Beach. The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming. I have not had potato pancakes like these since I was las in Berlin, Germany.

I live just around the corner and have been waiting on this place to open.  No disappointment here.  Great menu, great food, and a great place.  I had the special of the day, German Meatloaf, with Spaetzle and Red Cabbage.  Yum.
