Hide Out Bar

***Beware-they added money to my visa receipt!***

We went last Friday, 7/5. The woman behind the bar was unbelievably rude & very sarcastic, I don't know why she is working at a job she seems to hate so much. We had 1 drink, paid by visa debit, & left. I purposely left no tip,they should have tipped us for having to deal with her nasty attitude!  When I checked my account they had helped themselves to a $4 tip!

   I called & asked for the owner who I was told was not in & spoke to Trina who said she was the manager,after explaining to her what had happened she said she would check Friday night's receipts & get back to me. She later left me a message saying she couldn't find the receipt so she couldn't do anything about it & said I could call back if I wanted to, of course I did,3 times! Each time I was sent to voice mail, I left a message telling her I was opening a dispute through my bank which I did & was refunded my money.

  Whoever did this needs to be fired, what a crook! I also wonder how often this is done to other people who might not notice it.

 I would have liked to bring this to the owners attention & I did call a few more times but the owner is never in, Hmmm?

This was a horrible experience & I am still shocked at how dishonest this employee(s) is!

The beer prices were good and our server was nice.

The food wasn't my favorite. I got chicken fingers and fries. fries were very plain and the chicken was hard to eat because of some tough bits : /  But my friends burger looked very good and the fried mushrooms looked tasty too!

I would go back but mostly for the drinks and service.

I ordered chicken strips and they charged me a buck fifty for honey mustard to dip them in.  Just let that sink in for a minute.
