Hooligan's Sports Bar & Grill

This bar, located in downtown Billings, has a lot of great options for a small menu. The fried green tomatoes were delicious, and the pizzas were huge. Our server Tahnee was the most efficient waitress I've ever had. She was quick, attentive and very friendly. I would definitely go back here for the pizza.

Good place for lunch, not too busy or noisy.  Lots of t.v.s to pass the time and let me tell you, their fish and chips are the best I have had in Billings!!!

I like Hooligan's. I don't love it. Pretty good atmosphere and service. The food, however, is why it only gets 3 stars. The food is fine but nothing that makes me want to go back over and over again. Better luck next time.
