I travel a lot and hooters is my place, I just enjoy the food and the fact that the experience is generally the same - it makes me less homesick. Â Â THIS hooters I have been to about 10x this year and the experience is always the same - bad. Â Slow/bad service is #1 on this locations menu. Â Without exception, When I visit here the manager is more interested in the girls than the customers and the girls are more interested in their "boyfriends" than the customers. Â Either way, if you are not already dating someone That works here - Â don't bother - it will take an hour just to get a plate of wings!
Review Source:I went here on Halloween night with 8 other people. I wasn't impressed with the time it took for the food to come out. I would say it was 1 hour or little more for our food to start coming out. They gave me the wrong beer that I ordered as well.
The server was nice and friendly. The wings I got were pretty tasty I must say. I got the 911 home style chicken wings.
Little dark in this location as well when you walk in and sit down. Not sure if that's how they do it there or if it was for Halloween.
I've not been to the other area Hooters, so I can't really compare this one to other ones. Â I end up going here often just because it's so frickin convenient to my house and I am *lazy*. Â The restaurant itself is always clean and I have never seen dirty tables sitting around waiting to be bussed. Â Those girls must stay so thin running dirty dishes back and forth to the kitchen one by one.
The waitresses are always friendly, even to the female patrons. Â They typically do a good job keeping up with drink refills. Â I feel sorry for them with the costumes they have to wear, but my male friends do seem to appreciate them.
The food itself is pretty good. Â I like their wings for the most part although wingstop still holds my heart for best, juiciest wings. They've recently switched dressing, so the Ranch is out of a big bottle instead of individual packets. Â Ranch dressing is a religion to me, so I can tell a difference. Â I think it's for the better, but most people probably wouldn't notice. Â If you get the fries, share with someone else and splurge by getting the cheese. Â The fried pickles are the best of anyone, anywhere. Â Get them! Â I also tried the tater tots for the first time, they're pretty darn good. Â The only thing I've had here that I didn't care for was the crab legs. Â That's what I get for ordering something other than wings at a wing place...
Hooters concept is generally old and stale at this point. At 40+ years old, I've seen enough tits and ass, and surely don't need to pay for food with tits and ass running around as a sideshow. Ho hum.
Some of the food is good. Shrimp and wings TO GO for customers, thank you. Those sauces are solid... and the hot and 3-mile are classics.
The fries just suck. Horrible and usually undercooked.
The take out service is top notch, they load you up with packets of utensils and have bags that don't explode on the way to the car.
Hooter's is another bar with wings and all things fried.
I selected the buffalo shrimp and fried pickles and of course tater tots! The service was good, very nice girl waited on our group of nine.
As for the wings, just a-ok. Also they use butter based sauces, even the HOT is not hot.....
On Mondays, look into the cheeseburger special.
On Wednesday, check the wings special.
If you use Foursquare, check in and get a free order of fries. Â Otherwise, fries are usually a la carte and cost extra.
This location is home to 2009's Miss Hooters International. Â She might be your server if you're lucky. Â She took care of us on a Wednesday at lunch time.
Ok confession time. Â I go to Hooters on Fridays with my lunch partners. Â I go for the wings. Â This is really about the last visit. Â As usual we walk in a waitress greets us and we immediately get seated in the back room last table on the left. Â This is not unusual for our group. Â I sat facing the wall staring at the Red Roof Inn and a TV. Â On the TV is an outdoor program. Â It was one of those programs that man sees turkey man talks man shoots turkey. Â This time man used a bow and arrow. Â Nothing like sitting watching TV and wait for your food watching a turkey get shot in slow motion over and over again. Â Then two others turkeys come over while the one lay dead and try to figure out what happened. Â I am not and never will be against hunting but watching a slow motion killing waiting for my wings was more than I could handle. Â So I asked and was accommodated with a channel change. Â
Ok the wings were ordered with the 3 mile island hot sauce. 10 hot drummies naked with a side salad. $15.00 with ice tea. Â The TMI sauce is not as hot as one would think. Â I find it to be as hot as BWW hot sauce not their super hot sauce. Â When you order the wings naked no breading. Â You really get to see how small the wings they serve. Â BWW(Buffalo Wild Wings) wings are larger and tasty. Â But Hooters salad is very tasty with cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, Â All the veggies are chopped not whole which really adds to the salad. Â You get a nice combo of flavor with each bite.
The servers here at this location are all your basic young girls who are all going to be doctors or lawyers and are studying very hard at the JC. Â God bless them hope they all make it.
OMG...I'm in town for a wedding and staying next door to this place...so of course, (being from CA), I expected something good.....WRONG!!!! I had the chicken strips....DRY! My friends had a burger...BLAH (Mickey D's makes a better burger)...and the "grilled" chicken was dripping in grease...then there were the curly fries...can you say YESTERDAYS.....so so sad. I only gave a star because the girl taking the order over the phone was nice and actually got the order right. (and oh...we took the order to go back to our room...NO UTENSILS for the slaw!!!).....STAY AWAY!!!!!
Review Source:Oysters rock. Â Cooked or raw. Â Where can I get my fix?? Â HOOTERS!!!
Yah, so what if girls serve in skimpy shorts and the title of the restaurant is spurious in nature.  Really, the oysters are a fair deal if you want them quick and tasty.  Use lots of lemon.  I tend to be wearing a tie after work so it doesn't always bode well with the eating.  Unfortunately, aside from chicken wings, not much here is really that tasty to crave.  However, the  multiple television screens are helpful.  I can't understand why they don't televise boxing matches though.
