Unfortunately, I have not had a chance to eat here as of yet. Â My issue has to deal with customer service.
Husband and I arrived at the restaurant, standing at Hostess Stand, waiting to be seated. Â We then told the 2 ladies at the Hostess stand that we are going to do our shopping first, and then we'll be back to eat. Â Did some shopping, and came back excited to eat lunch. Â Once again, the same 2 ladies were at the front, and we asked to be seated. Â
Now here is my issue. Â The ladies then explained that it will be a 30 minute wait, and we are welcome to shop in the store in the while we wait. Â Why would I go and do additional shopping, when I just came from there? Â I asked why they didn't inform us when we came in prior that there was a wait, and why didn't' they put us on the list? Â Amazingly, they had no answer. Â I can understand if they just "suddenly" got busy, but they didn't even say that....We didn't have the additional 30 minutes to wait, and went to another place for lunch.
I am willing to give them another try, and see if the customer service has improved, and hopefully I can experience the food as well
