  Went here twice....once into Missouri and once heading home. Going to Missouri, the service and food were great. The next time, oh dear. The order was short, wrong and the place was packed and the 4 employees looked completely frazzled. I miss Jack in the Chicago area but after the food and service the second time around, I'll be okay.

  Service is horribly slow, usually only 2 people trying to work the front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen.  Rarely see a manager on duty, and staff is not mature enough to be left to their own devices.

  I absolutely LOVE the Chicken Teriyaki Bowls from here! The fantastic thing about them is that they have around 600 calories and only 50 of those are from fat. Now, they do have a ton of sodium, but they are so ridiculously delicious!  They are also the perfect sized meal all by themselves.
  Unfortunately, I have been driven through Jack in the Box a couple of times, anxiously waiting in the drive through line only to be told, 'I'm sorry, we are out of teriyaki bowls today. Would you like to try (insert feature sandwich here) instead?' It is rather heartbreaking.
  However, when they are available, these Teriyaki Bowls are to die for.

  First time eating at a Jack in the box. I must say it was pretty good for fast food. The tacos were pretty good and damn cheap! I also had the chicken bowl pretty good. It's nice to have a big selection like that I will return. Next time for a burger!!!

  We go to Springfield, MO from Chicago a couple times a year to see our in laws. This Jack in the Box off Exit 18 on I-55 marks the point where we stop for gas and for food.  It's 24 hours which is nice and the food is outstanding.
  
  My wife loves the tacos, I'm a burger guy myself so I go for the double cheeseburger and seasoned fries. Yummy.  Coming to this Jack in the Box is a staple part of our Missouri trip. I even brought home burgers home from here a few times, they're that good. Not as good as In N Out Burger, but since we will never get In N Out Burger here, this will have to do.
  
  Hey Jack -- take note of Sonic -- the Sonics that opened in the Chicago area are PACKED! We sat in a packed Sonic in Bartlett at 10:00pm last night to get food. Jack, PLEASE open shop up in the Chicago area. They would do so well!
