Just because you left the ghetto doesn't mean you're not ghetto! Was in East Bakersfield, now in the West. Hmmmmm

No customer service whatsoever! And what to say about their employees?! Employees that don't even know what their services, has to double check on the prices well you're supposed to know it by heart! Unattractive ears with big holes, tattoos and face piercings, man I know its supposed to be a fun place but these physical traits that their employees are showing plus how they don't know all the details of their services makes me not want to come back!

Message to the owners! Train your employees, I even spoke to the manager (young man with face piercings and big hole in his ear also) and (not) surprisingly he does not know much about the prices either. What kind of manager is that?

Never coming back, checked it out for my daughters 15th birthday wanting to get package number 2. Ghetto and worst customer service Ive had for an entertainment place.

Good go karting fun. The price is a little steep, but great discounts for students and military!
