Awesome menudo here, folks! They put maiz in it as well. I usually come here for my menudo fix or hangovers in the weekend morning. They deep fry dry hot peppers and serve them with some salt sprinkled over them. They are very crunchy and good to take bites out of with every sip of menudo. But of course, only eat them if you like spicy food. I tend to enjoy the short 10 seconds of pain after every bite.
