Junek's Grocery

This is a review for the bar and grill that's taken over Junek's - it's no longer a BBQ place but a cafe with wait service that offers burgers, some BBQ, and fried stuff. A small bar is at the counter where you used to place your order for BBQ at Junek's. The chicken sandwich I had was three grilled chicken strips on a bun with BBQ sauce and pickles. Not on my list for a return visit.

My first stop here and suggested via local hotel. Food was just ok. I had pork ribs and hot sausage link and corn caserole.

My wife loves the ribs and the fried okra from this place.  I like the pinto beans and the green beans.  The front door is always filthy, which is why I refuse to go pick up the ribs my wife loves.  Filthy front door = god knows what inside.
