Kaptain Jimmy's

We tried Captain Jimmy's after buying a groupon. The restaurant is nice, and the fun atmosphere including the servers dressed as pirates is a different almost vacation like feel for the Western Mass area. I felt like I was at the Cape or in Maine. I had the swordfish, and it was a bit salty for me, and I didnt feel that it was as fresh or flavorful as advertised.
My sons had the burgers, and they described them as tasty and really good. We also had the pupu platter appertizer that was so large it could have been our meal. There was plenty of wings, ribs, and calamari. An interesting mixture, but we definitely enjoyed sharing.
I think there is some room for improvement, but I have to mention that our server was so very attentive and helpful. I am hopeful that the food quality will rise to the level of OPA OPA in Southampton!
