Lahaina Sports Bar

Went here late night for a drink and it was filled with locals.  All friendly though.  We sat at the bar and ordered my fave, Tokyo Teas!  They were made strong like they should be.  Fast service and there are a lot of tvs in there to catch a game on.  From what I hear, it's a premier spot to do so in Lahaina.  Had a lot of fun here!  Looking forward to being back next time I visit Maui :)

Needed a place to watch the Stanley Cup Finals on a recent trip to Lahaina.  I found a hole-in-the-wall sports bar in a strip mall with plenty of flat screens, a really solid beer-specials list, and some marginally okay food.  I ordered the buffalo wings and the fish and chips.  The wings were very mediocre.  Not much meat and over-fried, but the sauce was pretty good.  No celery or carrots, and only ranch (no blue cheese???) dressing were also disappointing.  The fish & chips were decent, but nothing too exciting.  The fries were the highlight.  Not a bad spot for a big game, but I wouldn't be heading here for the food or the crowd (riff--raff).

Good for sports but bad for service. Not sure why they didn't like us here, we were polite and only one of us was white so we might not all have been tourists geez. They had tons of monitors and the place is decent sized. I had high hopes but both bartenders pretty much ignored us when we tried to order drinks and they were not busy at all, just putting away glasses and such. Hopefully this was just a fluke.
