Laid Back Larry's

i didn't eat here but I was tempted enough to stop as we drove past.  vegetarian let alone vegan in bumblefuck utah?  this vegan is happy (and happy about the animal sanctuary employees this fine establishment feeds).  If i lived anywhere near this joint, I'd be shopping here and eating here. I'm mega proud of this place.  they had everything i need to feed myself.

I only tried one thing.  Giant iced coffee.  It was delish.  I would die without coffee.  This was surprisingly good.  I didn't have to resort to McDonald's iced (good for high octane caffeine content, not so good for flavor), which happens often on road trips.

I was excited to see that Laid Back Larry's has a large selection of vegan and vegetarian groceries. I also had an organic coffee that was good. My only complaint is that they only take cash.
