  i didn't eat here but I was tempted enough to stop as we drove past.  vegetarian let alone vegan in bumblefuck utah?  this vegan is happy (and happy about the animal sanctuary employees this fine establishment feeds).  If i lived anywhere near this joint, I'd be shopping here and eating here. I'm mega proud of this place.  they had everything i need to feed myself.

  I only tried one thing.  Giant iced coffee.  It was delish.  I would die without coffee.  This was surprisingly good.  I didn't have to resort to McDonald's iced (good for high octane caffeine content, not so good for flavor), which happens often on road trips.

  I was excited to see that Laid Back Larry's has a large selection of vegan and vegetarian groceries. I also had an organic coffee that was good. My only complaint is that they only take cash.

  Oh dear dear. If you know the difference between a latte & a cappuccino and you like a little love in your coffee, then this is NOT the place to go.
  Having been misinformed by a local that this is the best cup of coffee in town, I headed on over and ordered a latte. Wow, was I disappointed. The milk was nuked, not steamed, and the 3 bubbles I had floating on top were a miserable impersonation of froth.
  I have only given 2 stars because the fruit smoothy was ok.
  Please, if you are going to try and serve coffee, learn how to make it. Its really not that hard and it will make some ones day.

  Stopped by here after visiting the western movie museum. This is a small   place with a drive thru window. The smoothies were great with real fruit (I had Larry's favorite flavor). Other members of our group had their latte which they thought was great tasting.
  
  I noticed the place also offers organic teas, coffee, lattes, breakfast sandwiches, and muffins. Great healthy alternative to fast food places.
