Use to  come here all the time.. now i pass by it and wonders what happened to that yummy sea food.. MY favorite food is sea food .. I LOVE  it! but on my last recent visits the price went up and i didnt mind too much .. but it went up like 3 more $$ and the service just gets worst! They waiters will be happy to take your order but never return after you get your food, we have to turn our head IN 360  to even get a glimpse of one. and when i do find out to complain about my food, she denied to help me but instead offer to go give my complaint to my actual waitres.. woah.. the lady who sat us down.. more like 15 yr old. was on her damn cell phone texting the whole time.. never got the check. had to getc up and get it my self!!

I dont like giving negative reviews.Especially when the food is so good!!! I really liked their food.I had the Agua Chiles.LOVED IT!!! Complimentary Ceviche?!?!? DAMN!! HELL YEAH!!! Enjoyed their micheladas as well.Nothing bad to say about anything I ate or drank.I'll go back for that NO PROBLEM!! I want to give them 4 STARS!!! But I cant.Service totally sucked.There was one bartender and one waitress for the whole restaurant.They both took turns hostessing.NOT ONCE did my waitress come to my table to see if I needed anything.She was too busy.Literally too busy.When it came time to pay the bill I waited long enough and finally just had to get up and walk to the cash register because I didnt have all night.Im hoping this is not the norm there.They're very popular in the area among the hispanic people that live in the area.They're ALWAYS PACKED on weekends.They have their food down pretty packed.Im sorry I could'nt give them a better review.FOOD WAS GREAT!!

1 star is too generous. The service is awful.  I don't want to get on a rant but...

The staff looks like they hate their job and they hate you too.  You will stand at the "Please Wait to Be Seated Sign" for 15 mins before a server, who noticed you standing there 12 mins ago, finally puts down her cell phone to seat you.  It feels like none of them want the responsibility of greeting the customers, smiling, or doing their job.

If I want someone to serve me Mexican food with a frown on their face, I will save the cash and go to my aunt's house.

You sit and it takes 10 mins for a drink order.  Finally they take your order and it looks like they are not even paying attention.  It takes forever to get a refill or another beer.  You want your check?  Good luck with that.

Now lets talk about the environment.  Its loud.  Its loud when there are 3 guests. Its loud when there are 100 guests.  The TVs are on sports channels or the jukebox plays loud banda hits from the 1990s.   You got kids running around and up and down the aisles bumping into your table while their parents hardly notice their kids left the table.

Look, I love little Mexican children, but parents, SIT YOUR DAMN KIDS DOWN.  Its a restaurant; this ain't Chuck E' Cheese.  Thank you.  

The food?  Not great either.  I went with the fish tacos and it was deep fried filets hidden in dry lettuce. The tacos had no flavor.  Bland.  You could have given me a tater tot taco and I wouldn't know the difference.

This restaurant has five or six locations in the city and I don't get it.  If you want seafood, authentic Mexican style seafood, go to El Barco on Ashland.  Heck, there is a Long John Silver's in the parking lot.  Go there.
