Good service. Good food. Musty smelling but decorations are fun!
Sesame chicken is a bit bland, I would try something else. I could tell the chicken and breading was all real and home made which made it great!

Neither my husband or I were impressed with the Lemont House sadly enough. It wasn't absolutely terrible but it wasn't too great either.

We went on a Sunday and got there about 15 minutes after they opened. As we walked in, instead of being greeted by smells of cooking food we were engulfed in the aroma of suntan lotion. Not a brief scent but a heavy cloying cloud that was so pungent you could almost taste the smell. It was very odd for a restaurant.

We were seated quickly by the friendly hostess who doubled as our waitress. The interior was clean at first glance but dusty and kind of worn as you took a second harder look. The bathroom appeared to be clean but the garbage was overflowing. This was surprising considering they just opened for the day. There were numbers lacquered on the tables. The paper napkins were of the cheapest kind and the condiment sauces were provided on the table in little take out packets. These last three observations I found strange in a sit down restaurant with a semi pricey menu.

We started with Mai Tai's which were okay. Tasted sort of sweet-tartish.

We ordered the app platter for two. We liked everything but the eggrolls. They were obviously of the frozen grocery store variety and were very bland. We also sampled the Yaki Mando (Korean dumplings) which we both liked.

The entrees were disappointing. We tried the Chop Chae which was the better of the two but nothing to write home about. It might have been better if there had been more meat. That might have added more flavor. The other entree, the Garlic Shrimp, had a very strong fishy flavor that was decidedly unpleasant and after two bites each we pushed it away.

At the time we thought we might go back and give the Lemont House another chance but in the early morning light be both have changed our minds.  It just wasn't good enough to match the cost of the meal in the end.

This is a great place. It could use some more parking, since all the lots around it are usually full, but that's not really something you can complain about.

The service was great, our waitress was incredibly nice, and the food was fantastic. I had the egg drop soup and the garlic shrimp, as per a recommendation on Yelp. They were both absolutely fantastic! The portions are huge. I'm a pretty big guy, and I could only finish about half.

I fully recommend going here if you have the chance.
