I love the IDEA of Leonia Cafe. Leonia needs a diner-esque restaurant where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and an omelet. It really does!
However, in practice, Leonia Cafe isn't all that impressive. Consistently, the service hasn't been all that great. I've either gotten ignored (amazing that a person can be ignored when they are maybe one of 2 customers!) or I've had waitresses who are chatty (in a bad way -- like, someone who has butted into the conversation I was having with my friends, and WOULD NOT leave us alone!).
The food is good, though. Regular diner fare at decent prices.
