Liar's Club

According to the Des Moines Register, Liar's Club will close for good on 11/17/2012.  A long time coming...

This place didn't have ginger ale. What the hell kind of bar doesn't have ginger ale?!

I use to go to this bar when it first opened and I lived downtown off of court ave!! I've never agreed with the outfits they wear but it didn't stop me from coming to get martinis. I go now and you never get the same ingredients in the same drink. I moved up to long islands, and each time the bartender had no idea what to put in them. the prices are outrages. I went with a few friends and had went early because it does get busy at night and was asked to move for another group. RUDE!! Everyone here dresses trashy now. It use to be more of a classy bar but not anymore. The bathrooms are the best I have seen in a bar. Always clean and there's more then a few stalls. I probably won't go to liars anymore as I can make my own drinks for what they charge for one of theirs.
