*Clap*Clap*Clap*

My first time in Seville Quarter, and just the idea had me intrigued to return.  It's clean, well done, and there seemed to be free parking all over the place.  Already a bonus over San Diego's Downtown area!  But that's not all!

We ended up in a bar called Lili Marlene's, and proceeded to be further impressed.  They only had one waitress for the whole bar...and I feel like she knows me personally as much as she catered to the full house.  Props to Jennifer, I told her I'd give her a mention.  It was a Tuesday night and they had live music (for a guy who isn't really into live music, stay with me) which was entertaining.  "Dew 'n' Your Friends" (say it fast, you'll get it) wasn't my type of music, but these guys were talented (each one played about 4 instruments that night alone).

Between the 4 of us, we spent about $50 bucks and probably (them) had one or two more drinks than they needed to...so they did good on the specials.  Don't order the drink on the mirror behind the bar though ("Flaming Goodness" or something)...I don't think it has alcohol in it.

I learned a lot about Pensacola in this place...and I'm always ready to return.

Great place to hang out with your friends or on a date.  Live music on the weekends.  The Modern Eldorados play here at least once a month along with Buzz Cut who play here most weekends. The lead singer of the Eldorados likes to sing classic country and most resembles a "Gay Elvis".  Good performer/singer and a great sounding band.
