I don't bowl karaoke experience was great met a lot of new friends here management doesn't want to engage when someone's being physically attacked they look the other way, to much drama is invited into that place, they deal with people personal issues that has nothing to do with management job or Karaoke. Time to get some new blood managing place
If I could give this place 0 stars, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Small cramped lanes, bowling balls older than your great grandma, lanes suck. Only positive is the smiley person behind the counter. Definitely will not be back. Oh and the control screen is ancient, balls keep getting stuck in the back, had to correct our score constantly. This is a poor excuse for a bowling alley.
Review Source:Nice cheap afternoon of entertainment for my 3 year old Nephew.
We took him here on a saturday afternoon and were able to get a lane without a reservation. It was easy to find the right size bowling ball for him and we had a blast.
I don't think this would be my first choice for an Adults night out though...
I went to Linbrook tonight, alone. Â I wanted to sing karaoke, and I found the crowd to be supportive and cool. Â I sang a song, and people sang along and cheered at the end. Â I love this place, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to sing, and is afraid to try. Â The staff was kind and upbeat, and the crowd was too. Â I left alone, but everyone there seemed to be into any kind of music that was happening. Â Go and have fun...
Michael
I am basing this review solely on the karoke at the Kopa Room here (and the pizza). The KJ (karaoke jockey) was great...great singer and great host. The staff in the bar where they have the karaoke was great and friendly. The pizza we ordered from the pizza place inside of the bowling alley was delicious.
You may find yourself here and be a bit concerned at first because this is a real, old school bowling alley with a lot of regulars. This isn't your modernized, fancy 300 Lanes or Lucky Strike and I will be honest that some of the clientele can be a bit sketch. But if you're looking for some good pizza, a few cheap drinks and some quality karaoke entertainment, then I highly suggest coming here on your next Friday or Saturday night.
I've never been bowling at Linkbrook Bowl, but I LOVE the karaoke bar! I'm a bit of a frustrated artist (been rejected for American Idol three times and love any setting where people HAVE to listen to me sing! lol) and I love that this karaoke bar is quiet enough so you an actually hear the person singing. I've been to other "karaoke" bars that are just loud and chaotic and the karaoke stereo is tucked away in a dark corner and you couldn't hear the signer or the background music if you tried. Linbrook Bowl's karaoke bar is not like that. It's small and intimate. You stand in front of everyone, and everyone can hear you. Love it! There's a great mix of good singers and really terrible singers. Just like AI auditions! There's also a really wide variety of songs to choose from. They have tons of songs in Spanish, songs from musicals, duets, songs from Disney movies, you name it! They're constantly adding new songs to their already huge list of options, and they take suggestions for which songs to add, which is awesome.
The drinks here are suuuper cheap! I don't drink, but I bought a mixed drink for my friend, and it was like four dollars. In 2012! I couldn't believe it! They also have free popcorn, which might be my favorite part.
If you're looking for a cozy place to belt out your favorite power ballad with a really down-to-earth crowd, Linkbrook Bowl's karaoke bar is the place to go!
The whole "old school" vibe didn't cut it for me, if anything those two words were just a cover up for a bowling alley/eatery that that looks very unsanitary & not maintained. Beginning with the lanes themselves, everything looks old including the little score board TV which displays in two colors. The shoes weren't all that disgusting, but I'm sure I just got lucky. The bar area is sectioned off to keep the minors out but from the looks of it, it seems more like a sketchy strip club than a bar/karaoke area. The price to bowl wasn't bad at all considering the looks of the place. Parking was tough to come by and I felt threatened from the time I locked my car till I reached the door (gangster guys in the front watching me stroll in). Nonetheless I'll glad spend the extra dollar to get to a non scary welcome to the 21st century bowling alley.
Review Source:Linbrook Bowl reminds me of an old school bowling alley like the Santa Monica Bowl (in Hollywood). Sorry..the Santa Monica bowling alley is now demolished and a thing of the past.
As you walk into Linbrook you can definitely feel and smell the old school bowling alley atmosphere. Yes...it still smells like smoke inside (wasn't sure who was smoking...maybe it came from the dark bar in the middle). There is a nice restaurant/diner inside serving everything from burgers to Philly cheese steaks to diner/bowling alley food. MAN...I have to say, the food was AWESOME (had their nachos, Philly cheese steak and fries). The carpet's dingy, the bar room is dark, the lanes and bowling balls are old.
The old school bowling alleys are almost a thing of the past so go support Linbrook. No fancy scoring monitors here, no super high-tech scoring system here, just an old school feel bowling alley. The management at Linbrook were awesome. We held a fundraiser here and took up all of the lanes on one side. No problem!
I went here because another nearby bowling alley had a two hour wait for a lane (it was league night).
This bowling alley has historical charm since it's been around since the 1950s. So obviously it's a little worn and outdated. We had to constantly "reset" the pins - by intentionally throwing gutter balls - because the lanes didn't recognize that someone had bowled already.
The score-keeper is very old-school but it has its own charm.
It cost about $20 for one hour for six people, and an additional $22 for shoe rentals. This wouldn't be my first choice bowling alley, but it's as acceptable as any other.
To make this easier I am just going to copy a letter to the Linbrook management regarding my experience.
I have been a regular patron of your bowling alley for about five years. Â I have never had a problem before; the man who works the night shift is amazing as are your bartenders and cocktail servers. Â I was one of the people who pushed for our work after party to take place at Linbrook rather than at 300 which is in the same lot as our work place. Â We arrived at about 10:15 and were sitting in the parking lot waiting for some other people when one of your security guards walked up and told us we had to leave. Â She did not tell us why or give us any other information other than to tell us that we had to leave. Â I walked away rather confused as to why we had to leave and I since I had done absolutely nothing other than sit in the passenger seat of a car with my door open talking to someone standing outside the door that she must have been mistaken so I walked back into the bowling alley. Â I met up with some friends in the bar only to have the security guard follow me into the bar and tell me I had to leave. Â Not wanting to cause a scene I followed her outside and asked her why I had to leave. Â She told me it was because people in my car were drinking. Â I responded that I wasn't drinking nor did I see anyone else drink or even see an alcohol container. Â She responded that this wasn't her problem and walked away. Â A few minutes later I saw her talking to another man about what we had been talking about. Â I walked up to her and asked her to refrain from talking about me to others since this was an invasion of my privacy. Â She actually laughed in my face, literally, and said OK that was fine. I asked for her name so that I could file a complaint against her to which she responded that she didn't have to give me her name so I asked her for her badge number or any other information to which she responded the same. Â I then pulled out my phone and then said that I would take a picture of her so that she could be identified. Â She then tried to grab my phone, made actual contact with my phone and with my body, and said that it was a violation of her privacy for me to take a picture of her. Â At this point I want to stress that in no way did I make a move that was threatening or try to actually make contact with the security guard. Â She then walked back toward the doors, flipped me off, and called over her shoulder for me to "go home to my mommy." Â I do have witnesses to this actually happening. Â She then returned with a man who I assume was the manager on duty. Â He was very polite and respectful and explained that about a year ago someone was drinking in the parking lot and they lost their liquor license for twenty days so they had to have a strict policy on drinking on the premises. Â I explained to him that I was not drinking and that I could not even point out who was drinking but he explained that the rule had to apply to anyone in the car. Â While I do not agree with the decision made to expell me from your place of business, my main complaint is against the security guard and her treatment of me. Â My specific complaint is of her trying to grab my phone, flipping my off, and calling out disrespectful taunts to me. Â In my mind, the damage is done and I will never return to your bowling alley ever again. Â Whenever my coworkers and I think about going bowling we will always remember this incident and decide on another activity. I have also already visited Yelp and Google reviews to post a copy of this letter. Â I feel deeply disrespected and I hope that certain measures are taken so that others do not have similar situations with your business.
I suck at bowling, but the Karaoke bar is fun! haha (You might find a man dressed as Elvis sitting in the corner and singing his occasional Elvis songs, but it's all good!)
I need to also do a public service by making everyone aware of their bar prices. Â They have mixed drinks for UNDER $5!!!! I think I paid under $4 for a bloody mary. Â And the bartender is pretty generous on the alcohol. Â You won't get any watered down drinks here! Â Ok, I know this review is useless for the expert bowler, but there you go! :)
Was not at all intending to go bowling last Saturday night but I'm glad we did. We were in town to see a friend in Anaheim and couldn't think of anywhere to go. The clock was ticking and it was nearing midnight so hopped onto yelp and saw that this spot caters to the nocturnal crowd.
We walked in, saw that there were open lanes and karaoke going. So many options, nary a bad one. Originally intending to have a beer and chat, we decided to live life a bit so we played a game while downing a Sam Adams.
The lanes are a-ok, lacking in balls as well as post-roll graphics. I didn't mind the latter all that much as everything was pretty simple. The only downside was that pins sometimes forget to reset so you have to manually do-so with the reset button.
At 1am it was still a pretty live crowd which kept things fun. A really mixed crowd of folks which is always cool. On the way out we decided that it wouldn't be hard to spend 24 hours at Linbrook. Wake up. Bowl. Eat breakfast at the restaurant inside. Bowl. Go to the bathroom. Have lunch. Bowl. Drinks at Happy Hour. Bowl. Play at the arcade. Dinner. Bowl. Post-dinner drinks.
This bowling alley has a great old timey feel. Not so great for those who can't stand cigarette smoke. Obviously smoking inside isn't allowed, but the place has been around so long that at one point it was. I have allergies and it didn't bother me, I just enjoyed feeling like a kid again at a bowling bday party!!
Cheaper than lucky-strike by far and still had great food at the onsite diner. One thing I will caution about though is that drinks are super weak (alcoholic). Â Still a good place for some afternoon fun though!
There are plenty of lanes available here but you wont find cool drop down movie screens showing hip music videos. Go somewhere else if that's what you're looking for but expect to pay more and have to wait longer.
Linbrook Bowl is very close to me and I drive far away to bowl because it's just ghetto as all get out. Maybe not during the day, but I'm not a bowl-during-the-day type of gal. The old school architecture is neat and I've always loved the sign outside and the line of palm trees, but it doesn't live up to "cool vintage bowling alley."
The prices might be a smidgen cheaper, but at what cost? The food is not good and outside food is not allowed. The drinks are a fail as well. The karaoke room is, well, it's a good laugh. The lighting is painfully office-like.
The bathrooms are atrocious, which isn't surprising because the night crowd is scummy, aggressive, and, because of the area and hours, sometimes twacked out. Let's face it, meth is a huge problem in this neighborhood and that greatly affects the quality of the establishments dependent on atmosphere.
I've had some good times here, but I really prefer any other bowling alley to this one.
Huell Howser liked it though: <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Fyoutu.be%2F1CUIEF-j1v0&s=3ca92a03cdbde3d9e08c014efd06e22371677c3ee2e31cfbb4fda7b70eaf3893" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://youtu.be/1CUIEF-j…</a>
LINBROOK
The whole place is a complete dive, so if you're not into that, then this place is not for you. Â It looks old, and worn down. Â That being said, it is still a fun place to hang out. Â If you're bored after the bars close, you can come here and bowl the rest of the night away with friends. Â
COFFEE SHOP
I highly recommend that you try the food at this place. Â Mostly everything they make is really good. Â Try the pizza, for sure!
KOPA
I always have a good time at the Kopa. Â $3.75 for a mixed drink is pretty damn nice, in my book! Â The KJ (Renee) is always great. Â I have read some of the other reviews about her, and they are not exactly fair. Â When it gets really packed in there, she does her best to get everyone up to sing, but if there are a lot of singers, then time becomes a factor. Â It gets frustrating for everyone in involved, but be patient!
I've never bowled here, but I play pinball at odd hours. they no longer have the medieval madness game (my favorite). now they have iron man and a rinky-dinky one that I didn't bother to try.
where else can you play pinball at 2 in the morning? I have no idea.
message me if you know of any other places, please. thanks
:)
This place is shockingly bad. I am surprised to see the current rating that it has. I believe that it has got to do with the local residents whom are used to it, and have their regular weekly visits over there.
I am not a professional bowling person, but I really do enjoy it. I must have played in under a hundred of places throughout my life because I did a lot of moving around, this one definitely is one of the worst bowling places.
The place is old, the environment is off, it does not give you the good feel that you desire as far as a bowling alley is concerned. The aspect that bothered me the most is the poor customer service in the place, the ladies behind the desk will not think about greeting you, helping you get to know the place, or give you any information at all. They were really short and did not care about seeing us leave.
If you plan to go there, you should know it is one of the poor quality places to go, where your dollar does not go a long way! Good luck!
Not super fancy and the place is a little worn down, but I had a great time there this last weekend regardless of that!
Is it just me, or does it seem that finding a bowling ball that is the right weight AND fits your fingers is a massive challenge that often goes unmet. I mean, how many people are 8lb ball users with fingers the size of salami? Really!?
Anyway, we ordered some nachos and fries, danced to Michael Jackson and The Eagles. Totally chill. Love it!
The Kopa Room is always a good time. It can get packed though, and it's not as fun listening to terrible karaoke singers when you can't find a place to sit, so either go early (9ish) or late (around 12). There's usually an older crowd here, with some young groups mixed in, and about 50% of the song choices during karaoke are oldies (some of them slow). But when you're tossing back mixed drinks at only $4.50 each, you're guaranteed to have fun!
They have free popcorn in the bar and if you want more food, they have decent cheap sandwiches, burgers, and pizza at the little cafe in the front of the bowling alley. And just a tip, they make one of the best milkshakes there I've ever had.
Linbrook is open 24 hours but here are the hours of the coffee shop:
Monday-Thursday   8:30 am - 10 pm
Friday              8:30 am - 11 pm
Saturday-Sunday    7:30 am - 10 pm
In my opinion, it's a regular bowling alley. Â I was a bit confused though because on Yelp, it said it was open til 5:30am, but there, it said 24 hours. Â I don't know. Â Anyway.
I went on a Saturday night around 1:00 or 1:30am. Â It wasn't that crowded, but there was a good amount of people there. Â It costs $5 a game on the weekends and it's $3.75 for shoe rentals (you have to give them one of yours in order to get the shoes). Â For 2 people, it cost $27.50
They have an arcade here, lanes on both sides of the place, a bar, a cafe, and I believe some sort of lounge? Â I'm not too sure. Â The cafe was closed when we got there. Â They don't sell pitchers of beer at the bar so you have to buy bottles. Â For a bottle of Blue Moon, it cost $5.50. Â The lame part of this was that they take away everyone's alcoholic beverages by around 2:30am. Â Not too long after my friends started their second bottle, the lady came to us and told us we needed to finish whatever we had in our bottles or we could just give her what we couldn't finish. Â I'm pretty sure that they have their reasons (probably safety for those driving?)
Would I come back here? Yeah, I would.
Come for the bowling NOT the karaoke.
Pros: old school feel, open 24 hours, ATM machine, friendly bartenders, cheap drinks.
Cons: Cash only. Karaoke sucks here. The KJ is so unfriendly. She should be working for the DMV. I was there for over 2 hours she didn't smile once or say anything nice. You can tell how "sweet" she is just by reading her response to a previous review (Renee) Plus, the song selection is as old as the people who go there.
I wouldn't karaoke again there unless they got a new KJ.
Whether you're here for bowling, or for music/karaoke in The Kopa Room, this video is probably the best description of Linbrook on any given night:
<a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Fvideo.google.com%2Fvideoplay%3Fdocid%3D9060994581203752459&s=5d3f37b198f5d604aa387c62a63cd0a9296cd679850e0e8f8878832624782166" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://video.google.com/…</a>
I can't say I didn't have fun, as I was relishing in all the strange memories I've had here as a child... reliving some fun and frightening moments... all while listening to some very strange songs from some very drunk people.
Drinks were priced well, but remember... I just got here from Marty's in Orange, so they were cheaper there... and the grapefruit juice didn't taste like Chicken of the Sea, but hey -- I'm not complaining.
For the true old school experience and some friendly folks, you really can't go wrong... the bartenders were nice and the people were all laughs. I left shortly before 11:30pm and was there to witness a woman sing "At Last," by Etta James perfectly on-key (only one all night who didn't need Reverb set to 10+), which was probably the climax of this strange evening in Surrealsville...
The song made me feel like I was a guest at a wedding -- not "at" but "in" the circus... so thanks. oh, and contrary to popular belief, I also did not get stabbed and the bathrooms were clean.
Linbrook Bowl....I do love the fact that this place is 24 hours. BUT! Do not expect lanes like Fountain Bowl, or Lucky Strikes....as well as the atmosphere. The moment you park, probably 90% of the time, you will have a group of people smoking just outside the sliding doors. Here at linbrook, you are able to choose to pay by game, or pay by the hour which I believe is 12 dollars for an hour. They have two sides of bowling, with the cashier and the bar with karaoke which is usually popping every night. Speaking of popping, they do offer free popcorn at the corner of the bar, just due to insurance you can't eat it on your lane.
Their bar is pretty good, my girlfriend and I ordered a Cap And Coke which was 9 bucks each, and we did sneak in like 10 blue moon bottles which we hid in my bowling bag =P. It made it alot easier to drink because they served blue moon as well so it always seemed like we kept ordering from the bar =P
I have to say the past times Ive been here, they have an internet radio box, that has an amazing amount of songs. And each time Ive come here, the people have selected amazing songs, but NOT this time. We had people choosing Bruno Mars..Nsync...Boyz II Men(Dont get me wrong i Love Boyz II Men..but not during bowling)...and the list goes on...it was really horrible..to top it off I kept looking up there, and it was two guys playing it...so i figured they were probably singing to each other while bowling.
The parking here is id say 3 stars, you can usually find parking pretty fast, unless its packed. Ive always gone pretty late usually at like 10pm, and there is always parking. Our lane was pretty whack, we had to keep resetting and what not, the lanes it self was well taken care of, it was slick enough to catch my ball on its curve so I had no complaints.
All in all, the biggest factor that separates this from other bowling alleys, is that Linbrook is 24 hours and cheap. Good place to go just to drink and bowl, and not worry about a dress code or anything like some places.
KOPA ROOM
You won't get any love here unless you are a male, unless you are a regular.
Females, best of luck trying to get your song played by the KJ (especially the blonde one) because if she's not:
- Â taking 40 minutes trying to find the on button for the machine
- hanging out with her friends on the job
- singing her own sets even though there are 40 requests by actual customers
then she will most certainly be going through the stack of requests and moving yours to the bottom or just skipping them entirely. =)
The only upside to this place is that drinks are dirt cheap. However the bartenders are from the pre-baby boomer generation and may not always know the correct mixtures of the newer drinks. They accept credit cards, but you must spend at least $10. They will be expecting tips, just a heads up.
BOWLING
The price isn't too bad, but the place is definitely dated. If you don't enjoy the flashy bowling alleys with hot music, then Linbrook is the place for you.
For nostalgia purposes, its nice to see a house that still utilizes wooden lanes. Â But if you're an avid bowler, this is murderous for your balls...yeah those balls.
Came here last night after nearly a 5 year hiatus. Â We got one game out of the way when a group of Vietnamese "kids" started bowling in the lane next to us. Â Nothing out of the ordinary really until they started talking about how they hate Filipinos.
Hmmm...
Check please...
"geehhtt the fuuhhkkk ouhttt of my wayyy...I'M ASIAN....I FUOOCKING GAWWWT THIS."
Famous last words as I made my way to sing karaoke. Â I don't remember what happened after this...but I heard it was amusing.
- drinks in the lounge are strong and hella cheap
- they deliver food from the dinner to the bar
- karaoke is always fun with a laid back crowd
- bar accepts cash only
- service is pretty good for how crowded it can get
oh and I hear there's bowling.
Fun times with my little cousins = 1 star
Plenty of flat screen TVs playing football games = 1 star
Open 24 hours with 40 lanes = 1 star
Cafe that serves pizza and wings = 1 star
Full bar + karaoke = 1 star
Total comes out to 5 big fat stars!
I went on a Sunday before 4pm, so by the hour one lane cost us $18 and I think shoe rentals were about $3.25. Not too shabby.
A certain someone that I know refers to this place as "Tweak n Bowl."
I guess tweakers who have nuthin to do at 3 am, come here. JUST FYI.
I personally dont care to bowl here though. Â I dunno. Â I love the vintage decor, dont get me wrong! Â I love history, yadda yadda yadda......but I feel rather gross touching shit around this place.
HOWEVER!! The Kopa Room is something of magicalness with cheap drinks, cheesy karaoke patrons and cigarette smoke that's accumulated over the past 50 years.
The only thing I did like about this place is the fact that its open all night..And for a person who has lived in Las Vegas for 20 yrs, this is normal to me...But I have a kid and this place is not kid friendly...The dont have bumpers so the kids dont get a gutter ball every single time...And the staff wasnt very informative or friendly, especially for someone first time there...They didnt know much about what was going on...And we had to switch lanes because ours just stopped working. Also if your kid is using a light weight ball, which most kids do, then you have to keep throwing your ball down the lane in order to get the ball to come back...What a headache
The place was pretty dirty too...I think I would like this place much better if I were drunk with a bunch of drunk friends...But I wasnt, so I dont...But if you wanna bowl in the middle of the night, this is your place
I had to up the stars after last night.
Sure, I bowled horrendously (I'm so disappointed in myself), but after years and years of frequenting this place, I've finally discovered two cool secrets!
Bowling by the hour totally works if you're cross-bowling. Â We had 7 people split into two lanes (boys against girls, of course!), and we opted for cross-bowling. Granted, I felt like I was getting WORKED since every few minutes, my turn would come up again. No rest for the weary! Â Haha. Â But the totally cool thing I found out was... When you purchase by the hour, the hour doesn't begin when you start, it actually begins as soon as they ring up your payment. Â HOWEVER, you get credited 10 extra minutes for prep time. Â We managed to get in 2.5 games... we went after midnight (I think it's cheaper after midnight), and it came out to under $8 for peeps who had their own shoes, and $12 for peeps who needed to rent.
The other cool thing is.. show up JUST after midnight. I've never seen the place so empty! Â We had NO wait time at all! Â What was funny though, was that just after we started bowling, I noticed a mad rush of people coming in. Â We came in at just the perfect time!
Okies. Bowling. Linbrook. Cheap. Fun. Cool!
I have never bowled here. Â Nope. Â Never. Â I do own some bad ass glow-in-the-dark bowling shoes though (seriously...).
Then why am I reviewing this place?
Because on a whim I went in one late weeknight. Â What an experience. Â Some of the goofiest looking rednecks--hick types I had no idea lived this side of Riverside. Â Strange, Strange world of characters in here.
Half of me felt like I was going to have to box--and the other half of me felt like I found home. Â SO I immediately went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror to make sure my hair wasn't red and my front teeth missing--HEY.......you never know--I could have been delusional all these years.
Everything was OK though. Â Same old me.
I sat in their bar--what a load of fun. Â These people were straight out of a great yet-to-be written screenplay about lounge lizards and barflies. Â The old bartender lady was pouring pre-mixed drink specials out of a little jug she had hidden under the counter next to her purse. Â Everything they were servin' up was from the well...no top shelf here.
You have to stop in. Â Be sure to ask for some popcorn if they don't give it to ya.......Good stuff.
And see if you still have yur' teef on the way out. Â I think I still do. Â For now.
Linbrook Bowling Center saved our day.
After driving an average of 15 miles an hour on the 5 Freeway from Los Angeles, on our way to Knotts Scary Farm, very conscious that a normally 35 minute drive had turned into 2 hours instead,  we reached the amusement park only to discover the line just to get into the car park was another 45 minutes and the line to buy tickets was half a mile long.  THEN, it began  to rain.  So, we skipped Knotts Scary and went to Linbrook Bowling Center where we discovered:
--retro bowling alley center undoubtedly born out of the 70s and 80s
--karoake bar/lounge which was totally and charmingly cheeseball
--galaga in the game room
--Beers and Mixed Drinks for $3.75
--lots of middle-age diversity: Filipino bowling league, enjoying knocking down the pins and their barnacles for dinner; a Hispanic family in the lane next to us comprised of 2 teenage boys who sweetly brought their mom who was a helluva bowler; white people in cowboy hats; it was GREAT.
--a malfunctioning bowling lane (oh whatever) that gave us extra practice runs for free
Driving back to LA, my friends got stuck behind a jack-knifed 18 wheeler accident on the 5 freeway where injured people were carried away in gurneys. Â And it rained even harder, delaying them another hour. Â Orange County was a disaster that night, but Linbrook Bowling Center was a miraculous oasis of charm, cheese and tranquility in the middle of a feral Mad Max wilderness.

Short Version: Wow, what a dive. It rocks.
Long Version: If you have to go bowling, and it's three in the morning, and you don't want to stop drinking because you're on a twelve hour roll, then this is the place for you. Open twenty-four hours a day, this place looks like it sounds. But, it's fun and the locals make it even better. The facilities are fine if on the older side, but that's not why you go here. You go here because of the bar, the people and the permanent haze inside, both physical and psychological. It's a dive, and you'll love it.
I've only been here once, but I swear to god, there was a woman in the bar who looked like Mike Myer's character, Linda Richman in the Coffee Talk sketch on SNL. Â I think she was a regular too, I'm not sure.
Looks like someone took a snapshot from the 60s and never changed a thing. Â What a time warp.
