Mac's Place Pub and Grub

It was weird a year ago...and still is.  Awesomely decorated and from the looks alone gives the impression it's a great time.. Problem is that was about the only thing good about the place.  Weak drinks, weak staff and a price point a little to rich for the experience.  

If you do happen to go...check out the table they made out of all the fake ids they confiscated.

This is a good place to grab a few drinks and watch sports on tv. Every time I have been here to get food it has been packed so I usually just get drinks.

Stopped in while giving the "downtown Charleston tour" to some family/friends visiting... was busy, service was kind of slow, but food turned out to be good.  Nice place to go if you are from the Midwest (like we are) and want to catch a game on TV that normally wouldn't be available in Charleston.
