they really need to do some re/hiring for their cashiers. The chick I had needed
an attitude adjustment. And the food was pretty gross. Way too
salty. and the "hummus" ??? WHAT was that crap?! it's some sort
of fake hummus that they make with a terrible mix.
Gross. Won't be coming here again.

Ya know, if, say, even a Chipotle opened up in Primm it would make a mint. There are really not too many, if any, good places to eat there. The buffet at Primm Valley Resort is about the only thing I'll attempt (primarily for the crab legs), and other than that not much else. So, with that in mind, I look at The Mad Greek Cafe as kind of an oasis. They have omelets and other breakfast niceties until 10:30am, and sandwiches and Middle Eastern plates after that. It's not the Ritz, but it is better than chancing much anything else around there. I usually get a spinach and feta omelet for breakfast. The portions are usually big enough so that unless you're starving you can split meals/breakfasts, etc., which is good because it's not like it's McDonald's cheap here (which is right next store, btw). All told, The Mad Greek somewhat fills a food void in Primm, but it kind of wins by default. I would truthfully give it 2.5 stars.

Other than the location, I really don't know why this place got such low reviews...on our way home from Vegas (an sitting in the parking lot also known as the I-15). We got hungry for some breakfast and decided to take a pit stop at the Stateline...with our options being a McDonald's, Subway, and some other chains...we chose Mad Greek Cafe.

Best decision EVERRRR....for $10 we got 2 Gyro Breakfast Burritos (eggs, lamb, onions, and tatziki sauce) and a side order of potatoes (perfectly crispy on the outside, spiced lightly and reminding me of french fries made for breakfast). You know that the burritos were made fresh to order because it took about 10 mins to get the order and when we did, I swear they weighed about 2 lbs a piece!

Quality and Quantity; much better than one of those microwaved McNasty meals.... Gotta remember it for the next trip. :-)
