Denny's

Zero stars! This Denny's inside of Buffalo Bills had the worst service! I stood at the "Welcome" desk to be seated as the sign said to for about 10 mins! When we were finally seated, our wait person never came out to greet us or take our drink orders! The "Hostess" finally came out to get our drink orders after 15 minutes of us sitting at the table. After we waited for 5 minutes for our drinks, we left since the Hostess never returned! Horrible service! Will never go back here EVER!!!

We stopped for breakfast at this Denny's on our Road trip.  The parking lot was great, some shady spots and lots of parking available.  We arrived about 8 am, walked right into the Denny's no wait.  There were already people having breakfast and the place felt cozy and nice.  The service was fast and friendly.  We had an oreo shake and it was delicious!  Also, the cherry lemonade and a pacific cooler drink..very good!  It was early but everyone in my party was in the mood for a LUNCH breakfast.  We ordered 3 burgers and fries and a turkey w/avocado and soup meal.  It was early so I had to subsitute the soup for a salad because they dont serve soup till 11.  
The place was well air conditioned and maybe a bit much for being so early but it was nice.  When we were finished with our breakfast we got to go boxes because the meals were huge!  Plus we asked for a to go drink cup on the lemonade and cooler and she brought us two brand new ones!  Yummy!
The total bill was $31.  I think that was awesome for everything we ordered, considering I had paid $32 at Wendys a couple of days earlier for practically the same thing or less.  I played some slots while waiting for our food and the casino itself was pretty empty.  
When we left, the line to get into the place was out the door and I overheard it was a 20 minute wait to be seated yuck!  
Get there early!!  If you sign up for the card I think you can use it for discount but I passed cause I didnt want to wait.  
Overall, nice place and the kids went with us no problems!  They are allowed as long as they are with you.  Mine are older 13 & 15 but still it was nice that we could go and no have to worry about getting tossed out like so many other casinos.

We must have been in this Dennys at the same time as Lauren T.  This Dennys is located in the Buffalo Bills.  The service was incredibly slow.  We noticed a LOT of people sitting around just waiting for service. Eventually, our server, who was very sweet, came by and apologized for the slow service, saying that a group of blind seniors had put them behind.  I can appreciate that.  After that, I tried to be more patient.  But as time went by, service did not improve at all.  Yes, they do appear to be short staffed.  Well, not appear, they are.  I really felt bad for our waitress.

You know what you get at Dennys.  Simple food, which was decent.  I really loved the decor, in the old western motif.  I will go back in just for that.  Maybe I will decide to try the service again.
