Zero stars! This Denny's inside of Buffalo Bills had the worst service! I stood at the "Welcome" desk to be seated as the sign said to for about 10 mins! When we were finally seated, our wait person never came out to greet us or take our drink orders! The "Hostess" finally came out to get our drink orders after 15 minutes of us sitting at the table. After we waited for 5 minutes for our drinks, we left since the Hostess never returned! Horrible service! Will never go back here EVER!!!
Review Source:We stopped for breakfast at this Denny's on our Road trip. Â The parking lot was great, some shady spots and lots of parking available. Â We arrived about 8 am, walked right into the Denny's no wait. Â There were already people having breakfast and the place felt cozy and nice. Â The service was fast and friendly. Â We had an oreo shake and it was delicious! Â Also, the cherry lemonade and a pacific cooler drink..very good! Â It was early but everyone in my party was in the mood for a LUNCH breakfast. Â We ordered 3 burgers and fries and a turkey w/avocado and soup meal. Â It was early so I had to subsitute the soup for a salad because they dont serve soup till 11. Â
The place was well air conditioned and maybe a bit much for being so early but it was nice. Â When we were finished with our breakfast we got to go boxes because the meals were huge! Â Plus we asked for a to go drink cup on the lemonade and cooler and she brought us two brand new ones! Â Yummy!
The total bill was $31. Â I think that was awesome for everything we ordered, considering I had paid $32 at Wendys a couple of days earlier for practically the same thing or less. Â I played some slots while waiting for our food and the casino itself was pretty empty. Â
When we left, the line to get into the place was out the door and I overheard it was a 20 minute wait to be seated yuck! Â
Get there early!! Â If you sign up for the card I think you can use it for discount but I passed cause I didnt want to wait. Â
Overall, nice place and the kids went with us no problems! Â They are allowed as long as they are with you. Â Mine are older 13 & 15 but still it was nice that we could go and no have to worry about getting tossed out like so many other casinos.
We must have been in this Dennys at the same time as Lauren T. Â This Dennys is located in the Buffalo Bills. Â The service was incredibly slow. Â We noticed a LOT of people sitting around just waiting for service. Eventually, our server, who was very sweet, came by and apologized for the slow service, saying that a group of blind seniors had put them behind. Â I can appreciate that. Â After that, I tried to be more patient. Â But as time went by, service did not improve at all. Â Yes, they do appear to be short staffed. Â Well, not appear, they are. Â I really felt bad for our waitress.
You know what you get at Dennys. Â Simple food, which was decent. Â I really loved the decor, in the old western motif. Â I will go back in just for that. Â Maybe I will decide to try the service again.
Once you actually step into this establishment you will quickly realize you are in a Denny's that needs your full attention and every ounce of your patience. This place is ran in the poorest fashion I wish I could give no star reviews. I don't know where to begin, but I have to start somewhere. So let's start at the beginning of the dining experience. Once you sit down you wait at least 5 minutes for a server. Once they ask you what drinks you want you wait at least 5-10 minutes for refreshments. After they bring you drinks they might not bring everything you asked for. Stay on top of them!!
After bring you drinks they ask if you are ready to order. For the love of god, be ready to order!! If you don't you will not see them again for another 10-15 minutes. If you are a person who takes forever ordering, you will get your time that you have been longing for.
On to the ordering. Please remember what the hell you ordered and exactly how you wanted it. This will play a key role in the performance for the evening. You need to remember this is not a 5 star establishment. The cooks in the back are shielded from your eyes for a reason. Do not let this deter you from correcting their mistakes.
Once you've waited the apropriate 20-30 minutes for your order don't let the waiter run off before you get a chance to correct any mistakes with your order. There will be mistakes. I have given them three chances to impress me in the slightest. They have failed every time. I believe you should give everyone a fair chance, but enough is enough after three times and over two years.
Ok, to end this nightmare. Once you've suffered the 1-2 hour waste of your time you've come to realize you should have just gone to McDonalds or the Original Pancake house at Primm Valley casino. Pease heed the warnings unless you want poor service, inattentive waiters, and some frayed nerves. Â I for one believe Denny's will not last and we will have our old coffee shop back the way god intended.
Best choice out of all the places in Primm, NV. Â Many reviewed they're slow. Â Ummm, try any other casino in Primm and Denny's will seem to be uber fast. Â Plus, the other coffee shops in Primm are so old and depressing... you'll be happy to dine at the Denny's in Buffalo Bill's.
If you are in a hurry, go to McDonalds. Â There's one in front of Terrible's.
It's Denny's... But it's pretty new let me say that...
This Denny's is in Buffalo Bill's Resort And Casino at what I call State Line, or Primm Nevada. Came here for lunch to waste a little time before a meeting down the street.
We were seated quickly, served quickly and billed quickly... Problem was mostly flavor. My sandwich was very dry and my co-workers salad was relatively small and not dressed / topped well.
Our server was very sweet, and I didn't pay so I couldn't tell you the price, but this place is just A-OK...
Located inside Buffalo Bill's in Primm, Nevada. Sloooow service. Our food took over 30 minutes to be served. Had to ask for refills because the waiter didn't bother to come around and offer. Asked for sugar from two different servers, only to have them both forget. Even to get the check was a hassle. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, its not gonna happen at this place
Review Source:Horrible Denny's. When we went, it was jammed pack with people in line. We waited in line for 15-20 minutes and were seated. It took (no joke) about an hour to get our food (and it wasn't that good). I felt like the portions were smaller (almost like it was a Disneyland Denny's). I learned my lesson - never again
Review Source:Told the girl I wanted all you can eat pancakes which was $4 but bring me 5 pieces first because they bring u 3 first then 2 each time after. I explained I was hungry and knew I'd kill the first 3, and didn't want to wait for the other 2.She wanted to charge me for an additional short stack. Ok fine just bring be some pancakes. Inhaled the 3 waited long time til I got 2 more. Inhaled that. Girl never came back for a while. Didn't refill our empty drinks. Asked for another 2 and she kinda gave me some attitude. After 5 little denny's pancakes really. She avoid our table for awhile. Had to ask another girl to get her. Original girl came back with our bill and no pancakes. She later got my pancakes and our drinks refilled. We took our time after that. Go to IHOP.

I was on my way from Vegas, and my family and I decided to have breakfast at this restaurant. Â When I asked if we could sit at a certain location, they informed me that, that area was off limits. Â Okay, fine I just sat elsewhere. Â Next, we ordered our drinks and they were wrong. Â I was okay with it, and then it was time to order our food. Â We all ordered our meal, and waited...waited...waited...& waited...............nothing our food was nowhere...
I noticed a family of 4 had arrived after us, and they received their meal while we were still waiting. Â I grew very impatient, c'mon it had passed an hour already...I then decided to pay for our drinks, and screw the meal. Â Turns out when i did request to pay for them, the food had already arrived...Too late, I was already aggravated waiting..
The waiter was very nice, and she offered to cover the cost. Â Turns out the waiter got confused with tables and took forever...
I didn't mean to be rude, but it was a long wait.
Bad customer service, they need to be more efficient with their customers...
If you don't mind waiting, then go for it........Didn't taste the food, so this review ain't for the food but their service............
Well, they finally opened up a Denny's in Primm! Â It's the standard Denny's fair. Â I give them an extra star because they don't gouge the prices like some of the other eateries do in Primm/Jean. Â I could come up with a short list of gripes, but all of it really is linked to the fact that this place is new. Â Once they get it running more smoothly and staff trained, I think they'll be just fine.
