AC doesn't work well, workers are spending more time talking to each other than taking care of customers/cleaning the filthy restaurant/wiping down tables, food takes forever to come out (especially if you order chicken souvlaki), and not even the "manager" (Alexandra) really takes a lot of responsibility for the mix ups!  Food flavor was so-so, not authentically Greek.  Prices were higher than food quality.

While waiting 20 mins for dine-in (lunch time: 2 hamburgers, 1 chicken souvlaki pita w/rice, & 1 chicken gyro w/fries), at least 4 other people behind me got their food, 3-4 people complained about waiting for food, & 1 returned her food because the order was wrong.  The cashier taking my order continually asked, "Huh?" And wouldn't make eye contact.  (She wasn't deaf, just distracted and unable to do her job efficiently without direct eye contact.)  She got #s of drinks wrong, # of items wrong, & sides wrong.  When asked if she was a new hire, she misunderstood and said, "Huh? The menu's not new.".

Incompetence on top of crazy systems that are inefficient.  It was truly a MAD GREEK experience.  And I was MAD afterwards--waste of good money, waste of my time, waste of neurons too.

After waiting 25 minutes for a falafel dinner in an almost empty restaurant,  I asked for my money back and left. They were nice about giving me a refund, but that is the only thing positive I can say about it.
