Yuck. I think not. I will never order from this Manny and Olga's again. I usually order from the one on Georgia Ave at work and I love it so I figured "Why not"?" on a Sunday night. We ordered chicken parm sub with fries, wings, and eggplant parm to be delivered. It took over an hour and the first violation was that the food was cool. The chicken on the sub was hard and dry, DISGUSTING. How can you mess up fries? The fries were cooked for way too long. The wings were ok and the eggplant parm was blah. Maybe the pizza would be better. But I won't try again
Review Source:Service sucked, and I mean sucked with a passion. It took my girlfriend an hour, yes sixty minutes to receive our food. There were 3 set of people dining in, the staff was too busy joking around to even give us the courtesy of an eta on our meal. They made my girlfriend's chicken parmesan sub wrong TWICE. All the patrons were furious from waiting around so long, they demanded refunds and were told the manager was not available to give them one. This may have been in my top ten most horrbile dining experiences ever, just based on the staff alone. Suprisingly my chicken cheesesteak was not bad at all. Next time I want Manny and Olgas, I will just stick to the one on 14th Street in NW.
Review Source:This is the worst Manny & Olgas. I was not acknowledged while I stood at the register staring and waiting for my order to be taken. I decided to say hello and the man looked up and mumbled something.
It took an hour for my food. Â An hour at manny and Olgas. When I finally received my food it wasn't right. I waited all that time for a chicken sub and it had onions. I specifically asked for everything no onions, as my receipt stated. He said he would make it over, another 30 minutes passes. I finally get my food and roll out, only to check my sandwich and it was still wrong. SMFH
Some other customers got irate, demanded a refund and a manager. One couple got their refund but IDK what happen to the other guy, he was determined to see a manager.
Not going back.
I needed to kill time before attending an event a few doors down at Metro Points Hotel.
This place smelled like ASS and parm :- On my way out, I caught a glance at the dry looking slice sitting in the heat lamp container and turned on my heels with fever. I couldn't get out the door quick enough!
Boo! *throws popcorn*
Yes, I got lost! Why on earth was I going to be on Annapolis Rd late and hungry! My whole night went really weird. I went to the so called 12th street corridor, I ended up on 12th street NE by Trinidad. I did not find a thing, so tell me where that 12thst corridor is! so I turned and stupid GPS sends me to 295! And Boom! the BWI parkway. Trying to get out I took the 1st somewhat familiar exit, Annapolis Rd... almost 11:30PM an OPEN sign with nice welcoming staff at Manny Olga's seemed like a decent place to eat. Actually was the ONLY place to eat!. I got a quick pizza I shared it with my boy. Not the most amazing, but I could not be picky that late. I might never visit this place again, but it was just alright being off the highway.
