Marlow's Tavern

Nice place, good atmosphere and varied menu. The side ceasar salad is very good!     I have eaten here twice and had good experiences both times. Service is attentive and the swamp ale IPA is great.
Glad it's in Winter Park, it's a good addition to restaurant choices. It's where the old McDonalds was on 17/92.

Completely different experience at Marlow's Tavern tonight. I actually will report that not only did I have one, but TWO FANTASTIC hand crafted cocktails that were delicious. Our food...again amazing and timed out just as well. I am so glad to have such amazing service tonight...happy to share this update!

   Our neighborhood hot spot has finally risen. Fitting the new Marlow's is of what can barely be remembered as an old McDonald's. From the minute we opened the bold dark doors we felt like we were in our own living room. The Tuna Poke was well seasoned and fried won-ton triangles were fresh and crisp. My husband and I ordered the "Infamous Fish Tacos" to share and they ACTUALLY SPLIT it for us on two plates. Our server (Jenny, I think) gave us the feeling like we were family and spent quality time walking us through the sections of the menu. drinks were always full and she was always there ,but not overbearing like some local spots that just opened.
   The vibe and feel was not that of a restaurant that has only been open for two weeks. There were lots of smiles from all the workers during a time that is usually full of growing pains and confusion . The bathrooms had some urban funky chalk board art and some archive comic art to compliment it. The GM Blake stopped by to check on things and thank us for coming in. My husband stood up, shook his hand and said Bravo! He NEVER does that!
   Thank you to whomever came up with an idea where family can go to get great service and great food without breaking the bank! For creating a place where I can go out on a date, dress nice and indulge on the finer things that usually demand a 15 minute drive to get. A place where my girlfriends and I can go to unwind. Keep up the great work and welcome to the Neighborhood!!!  :)
