  Great Beer and Foof Prices. I jus started a Saturday Night Comedy Night and it has been going great !!! My crowds are small right now, but they act huge, because they love the comedy. I am currently working with the owner into booking a proffessional comedy show at his establishment that guarentee laughs from every comedian that touches the stage. Get out to The Marquis Every last Saturday of the month !!!

  Now this is a 5 based on my love of dive bars!  If you want a bartender in a tux who pours you a "Pink Lady" or "Rob Roy" or some ritzy concoction, then head to the Radisson downtown.  
  
  Otherwise, get in there for some friendly bartenders, cool regulars, and GREAT FOOD.  Now I'm not just talking about good bar food.  I'm talking about a great tender cut of New York Steak, I'm talking about a stuffed cheeseburger that for a long time was the best deal in town.  They were giving those awesome burgers away for $1.50 not long ago....."Those were the days....."  So what, you have to go to the ATM if you bring your card.  So what if the beer is a little high for a dive bar; the set up is great, the food is great, and if you want some Chinese food, you can literally stumble across the alley to one of the finest Chinese restaurants I've ever eaten at.  I'm sure their specials are still major league, and I know they pull off a great spread for big events like the Super Bowl.  Sure it's in a minor league sketchy part of town, but you're going to be ok.  Head over to the Marquis, and watch how many bar friends you make within minutes.

  SO yes I must say I was a little hesitant about stepping in to this bar for the first time..BUT, it is a great place run by the nicest people!! THis bar has been around forever and has had a lot of bad reputations.
  I love this place now, they have a great new cook who makes the best homemade chips and salsa and yummy food.
  The bartenders will remember you after your first visit..This is a laid back dive bar. They have bands play on weekends, karaoke, darts, pool, WII, and all the sports on their tv's and will change for you if your favorite sport is not on.
  This is a good place to go, and always is a good time!!
