Today I went to the location at 7900 S. King Drive and was extremely dissatisfied.  The customer service was terrible.  I went into the store because the drive through line had 6 cars ahead of me.  I  walked in and thought this should be fast since there was only two people in front of me.  It was not by the time I walked out of the store the first time the sixtth car on the drive through was pulling up to the window to get their order.  I stated I wanted a side salad with balsamic vinegarette twice with croutons to what seemed to be an assistant manager in a blue shirt. who was to busy chatting with the person ahead of me to pay attention to my order.  I made to the parking lot and dicovered I had no croutons and southwest dressing. I went back only to discover that they did not give croutons with side salads unlike the 53rd Hyde Park, or  95th and Ashland MCD I left with balsamic vinegarette only and overcharged by .20 because no croutons were in my bag.  I called to find out who owned the restaurant and if the manager was there and receive the answer I don't know I stated that I would just have to call the corporate office to get the information and the person hung up.  In addition while I was waiting in line  a customer stated that there was not tissue in the women's restroom and was told there wasn't  any and oh well instead of delegating that it should be equally distributed  between the men's and women's restroom.  The workers are extremely unprofessional.  DO NOT GO TO THIS MCD'S EVER!!!!
