McDonald's Restaurants

I don't know what it is, but everytime i go to this Mc Donalds it is always bad service. You order your food at the drive thru, they repeat back to you, you pay and the order is still wrong everytime. It's as if they speak another language but they are all Americans and i find myself thinking WOW!!
