This McDonald's definitely needed the face-lift it got a couple of years ago. At that time, the booths were old and wobbly, and many of the padded seats with them were torn and taped. But I think the McCafe style seats fewer people. Â The staff seem to work well together and have always been friendly and polite. During breakfast hours, everything goes very smoothly. During dinner, it's a bit more hectic. I don't know if it's a different staff, or just the volume of business they do, or a little of both. Some evenings, the drive-through line wraps around 3 sides of the building.
Review Source:When you get to know McDonalds, I tend not to think about this one that much. Â However, whenever we travel pass this McDonalds in the car, this is one of the ones we always tend to stop at. Â They care somewhat about their customers. Â Although we always have a problem at the drive-up window with the servers and their "antics", we have already made a family pact to always walk into this location to get better service. Â It seems that no employee has any respect for any customers at the driveup when they just about throw your food at you and tell you to pull forward. Â It's not right.
When we walk into the establishment, we don't get treated that way. Â Even though, here too the employees are timed into getting x amount of people served in x amount of minutes, it seems like they do take a little more time and give the food a little more respect.
The employees know a little about the food they serve, and will ask the higher-ups if they don't know something. Â Even the bathrooms have a story that deserves a sentence worth here.
