  Order LARGE fries from drive thru. Instead, got small & COLD fries in large box! Without any napkins OR ketchup. Hello?  Who eats fries without ketchup?  It was very busy, I can't understand how I got cold Fries, when this place was very busy at that time? I had to waste my time to go inside to get Napkins & ketchup.  May be they prepare too many batch of fries in advance to save labor & time? Still I can't understand why so many service issue with this place in so many review?

  This place is a total hit and miss.  You never get the same service twice. They had a long time manger there and she ran the place very well.  When the new guy took over for her after she retired it has steadily declined.  I went there tonight and ordered a cheeseburger happy meal, two cheeseburger meal and two mcdoubles.
  When i got home i had one mcdouble, an extra fry, and the wrong drink.  To top it off my daughters happy meal comes with apple wedges and they were out of date.
  If visiting this location i would definitely not visit at night.  Of course the morning time is the best.  The GM is there and his ace employees.
  I'm definitely not loving it tonight!
