I thought this place was fun and kind of different. Â It is like a step back in time, not to a traditionally nostalgic decade but to the 80's and 90's. Â However it is a nice place to grab pizza and hang out with friends, pleasantly free of trendiness and a refreshing change from other pizza places. Â I liked the thin wheat crust and mix of cheeses. Â We had the Bear Pie and toppings were plentiful. Â McSalty's claims to be using fresh produce from Well Fed Neighbor Market now, so that was a draw for my party and I. Their salad covered in sprouts was a good starter, too. Â The prices aren't the best but could be a lot worse. Â The large specialty pizza was slightly under $20 and easily fed 2 adults with several leftover slices. Â The wait staff was attentive and boxed up our leftover pizza, which wasn't expected at this type of casual establishment...but it was a nice touch!
