Mexican Buffet & Grill

Like the place fun for groups. I want to call them. But either number wrong or are they closed? Anyone one if they are still in business?

I love Mexican, the more disgusting the better, but this was pretty bad.  Like, I came here hungover and left hungry bad.  

The only saving grace is the fresh burrito station.

All I can ask myself is "Why?". Why did I think a Mexican buffet in Indiana would be anything but gross.

Well, my sister, dad, and I were hungry. We love Mexican food so we thought "All you can eat Mexican food!!!!! OMG." We were so naive.

The place is depressing. That's all you can really say. It was dark and smelled like old grease. Almost everyone that was sitting was looking suicidal. I would soon find out why.

I grabbed a plate and headed over to the buffet stations. Watery cheese sauce, great. At least they had neon yellow AND white queso, I guess. Ground beef sitting in clumps, floating in grease. I'll pass. Wilted lettuce shreds. Right now in my mind I'm crying. I just want some Mexican food that won't kill me.

Next up is some "fajita" fixings. It was not good at all. Cold & I think the chicken wasn't even chicken, unless it was the stringiest, most dried out chicken in the world. The chicken quesadilla was FOUL. Full of the same nasty chicken and freaking COLBY JACK CHEESE. I make better quesadillas at home! The refried beans looked like poop. I know that's gross, but that's the only way to describe them. The rice was like a bucket of salt. There was other food, but it all looked like the same nasty quality. At this point, I'm just beaten down. I ended up just making some nachos. The salsa and churros were actually not bad. Not great, but I didn't want to curl up and die while I was eating it so it's way above the rest of the food.
