A-Mi Hacienda

Came here for a friend's birthday - she was specifically seeking the scene here (Saturday night club). The DJ and live band know how to cater to their audience. On the flip side, who charges cover in freakin' Pico Rivera? This place. And not cheap either. It was $15 for me, and $20 for my boyfriend. We had a large party and the hostess was rude when we first arrived... after paying $35 just to get in I would expect to be greeted courteously at the very least. As the dancing ensued it got RIDICULOUSLY hot, muggy, and the scent of body odor was inescapable - would've hoped for better ventilation. And finally, the drinks. What I pay for drinks I usually chalk up to entertainment cost because when you're out, you're going to over pay for alcohol - period, end of story. But because of the atmosphere, the cover charge, and the way we were treated initially, the ridiculous prices on drinks actually irked me. If I ever return to this place, it wouldn't be my idea to do so.

We went to this place to eat lunch.  The place looks nice; however, the customer service is horrible.  We sat there for over 20 minutes before the waiter came over to take our order.  After we got our order, we could not find a waiter to get something to drink after we drank our drinks that they initially gave us.  They also did honor a coupon that we have, but worse of all, the food didn't taste good.  Terrible customer service, and cooking that is less than average, I guess I won't be coming back to this place.

Great Sunday brunch affordable, staff is so friendly I have been coming here for over 5 years I love their marachi show Food is outstanding!!
