Ate here tonight. Â Sat at the bar feeling invisible. Â It took forever to get the bar staff's attention throughout the 2+ hours I was here. Â I had to flag someone down every time I wanted to order something, including dinner. Â Staff were busy but not swamped.
When I had their attention the staff were lovely. Â Nice college-aged kids. Â Not a bad attitude among them. Â This leads me to believe this to be a training issue. Â
Staff need to take ownership of their customer service. Â I should not have to sit there for 15 minutes with an empty glass or with the closed menu trying to make eye contact with someone. Â Because I was having dinner I should have been offered a glass of water. Â This never happened.
Menu had great choices and there were a ton of games on the multitude of televisions throughout the restaurant. Â A pretty good place for a chain restaurant, but the restaurant gets two stars because of the lax service.
My husband and I stopped in here while out shopping yesterday for a couple of beers and appetizers. Â It was really busy with a long wait so we found 2 seats at the bar rather than wait. Â From our spot we could see the kitchen, I thought they did a great job staying organized, considering how busy they were and it gave me something to watch other than sports! Â Speaking of which, they have a good amount of t.v.'s with the football package, pleased my husband.
We ordered the chicken nacho's and I couldn't believe the waitress asked if we wanted to order "a meal" after because it was HUGE! Â The guacamole wasn't that great, would be better if they made it homemade which is easy to do but we really enjoyed the nacho's. Â I was so full I ended up skipping dinner last night so we got our money's worth! Â Good beer selection too. Â We definitely plan on returning!
