Moe's Southwest Grill

Yikes......Steak was cold and weird.  Sour Cream was thrown around, and our food and other customers.  Staff seemed to be confused and depressed or sumpthin.
Most DIsturbing was the whole place STUNK......literally, it was like Body Odor had permeated the ENTIRE place.  That don't make no sense.  Something is wrong.
The soda machine was cool, its from the future.

The food is ok and a good change from the usual.

Places like Moe's need to pay more attention to the staff, service and restaurant. I have gone there a few times and seen a definite decline since the opened. There was a disgusting odor from the soda/garbage area, the salsa bar was not being stocked on time and the staff does not make you feel very welcome.

Food is good, but the store is horribly mis-managed.  It took me 20 minutes to get my food.  And after waiting all of that time, I get back to my office and start to eat, when I realized they gave me somebody else's order. I haven't been there in about 6 months.  Last time they were very disorganized as well.  Thought maybe they had gotten their act together by now.  Apparently not.
