Yikes......Steak was cold and weird. Â Sour Cream was thrown around, and our food and other customers. Â Staff seemed to be confused and depressed or sumpthin.
Most DIsturbing was the whole place STUNK......literally, it was like Body Odor had permeated the ENTIRE place. Â That don't make no sense. Â Something is wrong.
The soda machine was cool, its from the future.
The food is ok and a good change from the usual.
Places like Moe's need to pay more attention to the staff, service and restaurant. I have gone there a few times and seen a definite decline since the opened. There was a disgusting odor from the soda/garbage area, the salsa bar was not being stocked on time and the staff does not make you feel very welcome.
Food is good, but the store is horribly mis-managed. Â It took me 20 minutes to get my food. Â And after waiting all of that time, I get back to my office and start to eat, when I realized they gave me somebody else's order. I haven't been there in about 6 months. Â Last time they were very disorganized as well. Â Thought maybe they had gotten their act together by now. Â Apparently not.
Review Source:I personally love Moe's, but this one needs to work on their organization and staff. Food is always fresh and good, but the staff is always unorganized and all over the place. I know they just opened, but it does impact the visit. One time I went there and they didn't know how to work the credit card machine, and i had no cash on me so I got the meal for free which was awesome but still it was weird that no one knew what was going on. Another time they mixed up orders and were taking forever!! So once the kinks get fixed this place will be awesome like all the others!
Review Source:While not bad, I really wasn't impressed at all. Nothing more than a bad spinoff of Chipotle. Limited menu with just a few things outside of tacos and burritos. Last time I checked, that was Mexican food, not Southwest cooking. Â My burrito while cheaper than Chipotle, was also smaller and pretty tasteless. The staff moves as if they are all medicated. Tried their own brand of hot sauce to try to give this thing soame flavor, but the sauce itself is pretty bad. They do give you some chips on the side and their salsas aren't bad. If this is what you crave, then drive right by and head to Chipotle where they do the same thing only better.
Review Source:A little slow but that's the price you pay for having fresh food that is made to order and not some slop sitting out on a heating rack. Homewrecker Burrito with all the toppings and a side of queso to pour on each bite and your all set! Great fresh food at an affordable price. They are pretty consistent as a chain place.
Review Source:I have always been a huge fan of Chipotle Grill and was recommended to try Moe's. So I tried the chicken quesadillas, decent flavor, but not overly spectacular, chicken was dry and bland, and tortilla was soft, not crispy as you would expect from a quesadilla. I also got their Homewrecker burrito with pork, both rice and pork needed more seasoning, the burrito was not balanced well and really not very good. The last thing I got was the chicken fajitas, again, bone dry, no flavoring, and the sides like the tomato salsa, guacamole were in serious need of seasoning. The grilled onions and peppers we greasy and also lacked seasoning. Lastly, their menu and website boasts how every meal comes with chips and salsa, chips were good, they forgot to give us the salsa. Overall, very disappointing, will not return and will try to steer people to Chipotle instead.
Review Source:Welcome to Moe's! That is what is shouted at you when you walk in the door, making you feel part of the crowd. Then you get straight to making a burrito or taco to order. I ordered a homewrecker without guacamole. The staff pointed out that a Joey was the same thing without guacamole and cost less. So I had the Joey with chicken, my wife had a chicken home wrecker, and my daughter a vegetarian burrito.
We are hooked on the quality and quantity of food. Â The burritos by themselves were a meal, but you also get the chips and several choices of salsa from their salsa bar. Â Mild to OMG my tongue is on fire! Â But the best thing is the soda dispensing device. Â One machine, many choices! Â It is touchscreen, so you can have your diet coke. Â But wait! Â Want lemon? Then there is an icon to dispense diet coke with lemon. Â Not a fan of lemon? Â Try lime. Â Or cherry. Â This thing is truly cool!
We came in right before 12 and there were a few people in there. Â By the time we were finished, the place was beginning to get full. Â I can see why.
The only reason this isn't a 5 star is we only have had one visit. Â But I'm hooked.
