Nice little pit stop after the boat tour. It was happy hour mojito for $5 so why not, i had 2 passion fruit, they were pretty tasty and I got a small buzz but not as much as I thought considering how fast I drank them. There was fat Tuesday upstairs I wondered if I should have been there for a more potent drink.
Review Source:This place was OK. My husband and I stopped by on a weekday afternoon. He had a coconut mojito and I had a mango mojito. We both definitely preferred mine. Alcohol content was almost a little too weak. I believe they were $7 or $8 each. This place is good if you're in the mood for a mojito, but if you're in the mood to get a good amount of alcohol for the $ you pay, I suggest going upstairs to Fat Tuesday. The furniture there was dirty. The server was oblivious to our presence so my husband just ordered from the bartender. Which is pretty much expected for the area. They do serve bar food, however, I don't understand how they cook it? Mojito Bar is basically just a bar outside. I didn't see a kitchen? I really wanted to ask, but figured it didn't matter anyway since we had already eaten.
Also-They give you a $10 gift certificate with your purchase to use in their gift shop, which is adjacent to the Bar. You just have to use it that day.
Extremely tourist trappy situation occurred here. Not a huge surprise considering the area but I expected better out of Miami. I came here with 3 other friends on a Thursday at 3:55pm. The waitress was working alone but there were not that many people sitting down. She was extremely good looking but as it goes all too often, a lot of waitresses think that's enough for a good tip. We were told Happy Hour is at 4pm, so I said 'Ok well once happy hour starts, ring our order up and we'll start'. We had a few rounds, she mixed orders up and forgot to bring things out but that's minor stuff; we were in way too much of a good mood. The bill comes out and its $60 more than it was supposed to be. She rang nothing up as Happy Hour. Throughout the next 25 minutes of talking to management I got the bill lowered three times until I just accepted and overpaid. Some 'flavors' she recommended were actually not happy hour eligible, turns out and we had to pay.
Best part : On the receipt under name it said "Young Gringos", which absolutely sucks on their part. We laughed but the truth is, had we been Spanish and they were white, this would be front page news.
Forget this place, especially if you're from out of town.
MMMMM The blueberry mojito hits the spot!BOMB! The mojitos here are tasty BUT I didnt get a cool buzz after 2 which is a flop in my book! stop being shady with  the alcohol and add some more liquor..
The tastiness is a bonus but people dont drink mojitos just for the fruity flavors otherwise we would order a damn smoothie at Dennys ..
Overall I give a 4
I should've been wearing a straw hat and a white linen guayabera while enjoying those mojitos!
This place is literally a stand alone bar that specializes in Mojito. I was unaware that someone had broken in to my dresser and stolen my diary, but it is true!
Try the coconut and mango. Happy hour = $4. But go for the premium mojito and you'll be happy any hour you drink it!
So it's before the Heat game and my man and I are walking around Bayside trying to kill time. He soon spots a sign that says Mojito Bar. Just the word mojito is enough to drag my butt in... Absolutely obsessed! The mojito bar is just that. A bar outside. I ordered the strawberry mojito and was very impressed. Absolutely delish. After the game we decided to celebrate victory with another drink and back to this splendid little bar it was! This time there was a bigger crowd of people and they had music playing and people socializing and dancing. Pretty cute! Would definitely go back for another drink..or two!

If you're in the Bayside Plaza shopping or doing whatever stop by here for a drink. The mojitos are strong, tasty, and only $5 during happy hour. They did have a few food items, different flavors of mojitos, and other drinks. The bartenders were super friendly as well.
