Biscayne Tavern

Seriously one the best american new cuisine restaurants in Miami! Not only is the food great- but their service is on point. I'm not sure why more Miamians haven't discovered this great new spot yet. They also have an excellent happy hour featuring half off of EVERYTHING from the bar (even bottles of wine) and half off appetizers. We've had every appetizer there and surely the standouts are: the blue cheese fondue, crab cake sliders and the pork belly sliders. I've also had the burger there for dinner and it was amazing! And you must end your meal with their homemade chocolate chip cookies and milk. Their cookies have the perfect touch of salt on top to make them the heavenly pair for a cold glass of milk!
Must go back! And they have a great craft beer selection.

Had an amazing meal at Biscayne Tavern.  Started with the kale salad, which had a great balance of flavors.  Also had the pork shank and spaetzel.  It was delicious.  I also tried the shrimp and grits.  I was sitting with friends that are from the South and they were raving about it.  Delicious too!  For dessert the best chocolate chip cookie ever!  Service is attentive and friendly.  Nice selection of beers and wines.  Also a great location with plenty of parking in front.

I recommend Biscayne Tavern because of their reasonably priced drinks and they may possibly have the best sweet potato fries I've had.
