Burger & Beer Joint

I've been a frequent customer at BnB for almost 3 years and my most recent trip was anything but satisfying.  BnB in the past has always been a busy hopping place to hang out and eat great food, but this time the dinning room was almost empty, our burgers still took 45 min to reach the table and the 2 beers I wanted to drink were "sold out."  Service in the past was always enthusiastic and knowledgeable complete with table visits from a manager.  This time around our server seemed miserable and not educated on the menu, as for management we never saw anyone.  Plus they shut the sports bar side down.  I don't know what is going on here but they better get it back together or BnB might be joining the graveyard of Miami's has been restaurants,

I live in Brickell and have been here many times without reviewing.  Every time I'm here the experience gets better.  Sympathy for the Devil is normally what I order but I've had the Stairway to Heaven.  Everything in Brickell is pricey, here you get your money's worth.  The service is great and everyone seems to always be happy here, which is contagious to customers.  If there was anything I think they could improve it would be get rid of skinny fries and have the thick fries standard.

Everything at Burger & Beer Joint is delicious. The burgers, the beers and the joints are outstanding!

Had the Hotel California burger and my server didn't get the "ready a room" reference, but that's ok because she was 20 and cute. Aside from that, the service was pretty excellent, as were the specialty cocktails we ordered (Red Hot Rosie!!) and the chicken fingers, bbq chili cheese fries and corndogs were artery clogging goodness. Extra star for the amazing beer selection, too.
