  $5 dollar hookahs on Thursdays...GREAT IDEA! However, when you do not have the staff, nor enough coals, and are out of popular tobacco flavors (ie, blue mist, vanilla, etc.) defeats the whole purpose of even running a special.
  
  I personally waited 10 - 15 minutes to get my hookah, 20 minutes to get my credit card back, and 25 minutes to get COALS on my hookah. It took an hour total for our group who had 5 hookahs to get coals. It took them 30 minutes to bring the last bowl to the table.
  
  Been to many hookah bars and this was the worst service ever. Small bowls that don't last long, worn hookahs that leak air, cheap coals that interrupt the flavor, horrible ventilation and TERRIBLE customer service makes Moroccan Hookah Palace by far the worst hookah bar in the Triangle.

  Hookah was smooth but wish the ambience was better. There was also no form of ventilation which didn't help. Been to better hookah bars.
