The have a Keiki night on Weds. Kids meal for $2. It's advertised with a healthy menu, but it's the usual chicken fingers, cheeseburger, and fries. They gave us a placemat of Eddie the Eagle, but didn't have crayons. This us a good cheap alternative to a Happy Meal I guess. Ask for broccoli instead of fries!
Review Source:After a spectacular (or in my case, a not so spectacular) round of golf at Fort Shafter's Walter J. Nagorski Golf Course, a meal and a beer at the adjacent  Mulligan's Bar and Grill really hits the spot.  That's exactly what I did today after work, including the not so spectacular round of golf.
Mulligan's Bar and Grill is fairly typical of a golf course bar & grill, but probably on the higher end of typical. Â The service is friendly and prompt. Â The beer is cold and the food offerings are tasty, generously portioned, and reasonably priced.
I often get and enjoy the Prime Rib Sandwich.  Today I enjoyed the Ruben. (see picture).  Both are served with a large plate of fries; or if you ask, they will substitute them with a garden salad, coleslaw, or potato salad.  I usually choose the potato salad.  My unnamed golfing partner had the  1/2 LB. Cheeseburger with bacon.  About two-thirds of the way through it, I heard him utter, "Mmm... this is a good burger."  He certainly finished it and his large plate of fries as well.  We also both finished out pints of beer.  The check was just over $20.  Like I said, "reasonably priced."
So the next time you play golf at Fort Shafter, give yourself time to relax over a meal and a beer at Mulligan's Bar and Grill afterwards. Â If you play like me, you might want to make that 2 or 3 beers!
